Received a package today that had been torn open and its contents removed. The package was inside my mailbox when I found it, so it could not have been removed by someone else in the area - it had to have been opened and emptied in transit. I have tried to contact the official USPS customer service, and they indicated that I would need to get in contact with my local post office. I will visit the post office as soon as I can to talk with someone in person, but I hope they will take the opportunity to contact me to try to find out what happened to my package.

Had mail held for a few days while we were out of town. Was supposed to all be delivered yesterday. Today I got today's mail but they still haven't delivered the mail I had held. Of course, no one answers their phone. Why even post it online if you're not going to answer?

My son is missing a xmas card sent from his dad in Oklahoma. I have lived in Pewaukee for 18 years and most of the time the mail service is good but then we go through periods of mail constantly getting put in wrong mail boxes, mail boxes not closed and mail flying around, etc. I assume this is when regular postal worker on vacation and we have substitutes. Most of time, I just put mail in proper mailbox is in my box but when it starts getting too bad, I go to post office and complain and one other time, I filed a complaint online. Nothing ever gets done. We do have very long addresses but all they have to do is pay attention to whether address is followed by an A or B.

The postman left 6 of our mailboxes at our condo building wide open and unlocked.

We have been missing mail for years. When we found out the carrier was arrested for taking people's mail- we thought the missing mail would end. Last year, we didn't receive my husband's gift from work (sent via mail) and we are currently missing several Menards rebates. I do not trust Pewaukee Postal service. If it's not bad enough the people inside the Postal Office don't know how to smile, the delivery people may be stealing mail or delivering inaccurately. Where is the accountability for the Pewaukee Postal workers?

I can find no words in regards to your terrible service.I called 866 635 2349 and ended up with a female I could not understand who said she was in the Philippines. Then I called 262 691 4890, the phone rang for to many minutes then clicked off. How can I get in touch with a real person who speaks english, thaT WILL UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING WITH YOU..
