Received a Bath & Bodyworks package with a hole on the side. The Mail Carrier said to let her know if any items were missing. I am missing one body lotion “Dressed in White” that fell out of the hole. She said she will check her vehicle, too.

We heard a loud noise on the porch and saw the mailman leaving. I went out and picked up the package. It was damaged on top. This did appear to be from the loud noise we had heard. I opened the package two bottles had deep dents on two sides of their lids and were leaking the food inside onto the bubble wrap around them. Later I saw a notification from my Ring app and when I opened it, the video shows the mailman tossing the package to its place. It was not a long toss but obviously far enough with a landing hard enough to cause the lids to bang together and loosen them allowing to contents to spill out. The other items were not damaged except for a dented cake mix box. Someone needs to remind him to be careful with the packages.

My area has the worst postman ever. he fails to deliver stuff and the things he does deliver it's to the wrong address. I've made sever calls to the PO but they don't care they the gubment. We have to go around the neighborhood and pickup and drop off mail to the right place.

Just had one of your postal employees literally throw a package towards my front porch, landing on the sidewalk. Good thing it was not damaged, but I am appalled at the lack of care given by this man. BTW, it was captured on my Ring camera. I live on Lassetter Dr.

Will we be able to pick up our mail at the post office since the weather conditions have been delaying the delivery?

***** (5) Stars! There might be a few issues germane to the Red Oak 75154 location, as it would be with any large scale business; however, when reading the reviews left by some of its customers in this case, do so with a grain of salt. I am world traveled, but there are some real and true Village Idiots in that immediate USPS operational area. Sara, Cynthia, and others try to help every customer, regardless of their cantankerous behavior and brain dead dispositions, but sometimes, without success. Remember, the faces of the post office (clerks) do not sort mail. They can only provide you with that information that which has been provided to them. Being courteous, dignified and respectful goes much further than revealing your stupidity while in public.

Pathetic! Since January my mail and packages have been constantly returned because Red Oak Post Office can't hire someone that can read a freaking number on a mail box. Yes, my address exist so this crap about sending items back saying No Such Address has gotten old.

These are the most rude people around. Rude and obnoxious. Don't answer phone calls and laugh when we call to complain about their carriers. The supervisors and post master enjoy the humiliation of customers. Because of them, I'm moving my business to another post office. Those supervisors and post master should be FIRED from the Post Office. FIRED FIRED FIRED THEM

My father passed away 5 years ago and I am trying to find his only surviving relative Mrytle Morris Slater. I believe she lives on E. Ovilla Road. That is all of the information I have on her. I need a P.O. Box # or address or phone number. She is 90 years old. I would appreciate any help you could give me.

I really like getting the pictures of mail that will be delivered each day. The email also tells about deliveries.

Received email that package was delivered left on Front door/Porch. The package had important documents inside. We were not home so family member checked our front porch and no package anywhere. Thinking the package had been stolen and making phone calls to report this loss. We checked our mailbox the next day when we arrived home and the package had been placed inside the mailbox. Thank goodness, BUT, accuracy would be appreciated when you are dealing with someone's mail.

what is the point of having a phone number to a business if you're not going to answer the phone so frustrating

Why do you NEVER answer the phone. I'm ONLY trying to call to see if my package is there, because my mail carrier doesn't like to deliver packages anymore
