I have used the Powell Post Office for 19+ years and have never had bad service! Always friendly and helpful.

We have waited here all day for our package with the door open and they haven't even drop by. They marked it as out for delivery at 7 something thismorning then marked it as undeliverable due to door locked to business at 11 something. That is bull crap as we were here waiting for it. They have never been by and they could have left it in the mail box.

This place needs new staff, for the last four years I have lived here my mail is ether lost or stolen, or just flat out delivered to the complete wrong address. I constantly get everyone else’s mail, oh and they love to “forget” to lock the back of the boxes after poorly delivering mail leaving everyone’s mail boxes opened for anyone to came and take what they want. I have made several complaints and yet nothing changes. Pretty sure they are drunk and or on drugs as well as thieves. I have had packages marked as delivered yet it never happened, as well as packages ripped open and empty with nothing more than a sorry your package was damaged while being delivered and never compensated for all the lost items.

Someone needs to get glasses at this post office - they input the wrong zip code on a certified letter. It spent over a month lost in a Los Angeles sorting facility. My Zip code is 90806 - the blind clerk recorded it as 90006. So each time the bar code was scanned - the letter went to LA rather than Long Beach. Spent a month trying to get this letter - clerk at this post office needs to retire or get glasses.

They just don't have it together over there. They attempted 1 delivery that required a signature. I wasn't home. The next day no mail. I filled out a redelivery request that night. I get a call from local post office telling me they never received a request for a redelivery. But they do have package and I was promised it would be delivered tome the next day. Now that day has passed, still no new attempt to redeliver.

This post master does does not care about the safety of the people of Powell, every time it snows they do not clean the sidewalk of snow, the handicap walk was covered with snow , shame on Wendy the postmaster.

Horrible. Last mail delivery man, great. Whoever the new guy is, is dyslexic or can't read and constantly mixes 716 and 719. Postmaster for Powell is a joke. She should be reviewed, reprimanded, or demoted. No customer service skills. Totally incompetent for the position and this a small town!!

My mail is messed daily on east side powell, wy. Never leaving notice at door even though carrier says she did, and we have cameras showing no delivery attempted, not recieving packages. The posatal boxes have been left open in the back all mail missing, the carrier on this route hade a box of ours worth 1300.00 in gems and when i called and checked on my package the carrier mysteriously had it and said oops must of forgotten this one even though it was marked as delivered. When I called to make a complaint, Wendy the postmaster was extremely rude and called me a liar about the package then hung up on me, all this started and actually got worse when I made this complaint. Please, can something be done to ensure I get delivery of my mail it's very important mail. Thank you.

Called about missing package. Packages were placed on porch and not in postal box with lock..with no knock, just dropped and left, glad I was home. So I called Powell post office and the postmaster argued with me about my missing package, then lied to me about the package and was extremely rude and wouldn't listen and hung up on me! Very very unprofessional.

I called in to the Powell post office in Powell Wyoming. I spoke with the supervisor, Wendy. I have a disease that requires medication. I called to speak with her about having to sign each time and she was unbelievably rude!! She was not at all helpful and made matters worse. She cannot work with customers at all and I wish I could stop business there if it weren't for getting our mail. Someone needs to speak with her about customer service!!!!

I've actually had pretty good luck with Wendy but that PO as a whole should be avoided. It's worth driving out to Ralston. No lines and a very helpful lady. I reused a priority box instead of throwing it away, just turned it inside out and sent first class. They tried to make me pay for priority and I actually had to come get it and mail at Ralston. I guess they'd rather fill the landfill instead of reusing old boxes. It's our taxes that pays their salary, they should be more accommodating. So much for "public service."
