This is about the worst Post Office I have ever seen. Always have an excuse for not getting my mail or delivering it to the wrong address. Also don’t understand why more often than not when I get a picture of what I am to get on the days run I get some but not all of mail I was to get on that day.

Not sure what is going on with the home delivery service in Winfield, but it seems to be very hit or miss in the last few months. I had suspected as much I have 2 occasions in the last month were outgoing mail has not been picked up including today. In this day and age, there should be a way the USPS could let us know if they aren't running.

I have had no problem with this post office. I've had the same box for many years. The ladies in the office are super helpful and the carriers will go out of their way to make sure my mail is delivered every time. As for the comments below, everyone is human.

BY FAR THE RUDEST MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. DRIVERS CAN'T DRIVE, THROW MAIL IN DITCHES AND THE WOMAN WHO WORKS DESK IS VERY RUDE! WILL BE SUBMITTING MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS WITH POST MASTER GENERAL MONDAY

I sent VERY VERY IMPORTANT LEGAL PAPERWORK out via certified mail next day delivery and paid a really substantial amount to make sure it made it there and was signed for and confirmed, the next day I heard nothing, day after nothing, and so on until I was FINALLY able to get in touch with the postmaster there, lo and behold the VERY important certified letter that I had paid $30 to send had in fact been circling around in the facility for the whole week and had never even been processed to be sent... The answer I got was, I'm sorry it happens sometimes... And this letter was legal paperwork of the upmost importance that again I paid approximately $30 for CERTIFIED NEXT-DAY DELIVERY, and I was DENIED A REFUND FOR POSTAGE AND IT WAS NEVER EVEN PROCESSED AND NEVER EVEN LEFT THE POST OFFICE!!!!

The WORST post office I've ever dealt with in my life. I refuse to mail anything from there. They will not put a package in your box or in a parcel locker if the item has your physical address on it (if your mailing address is a po box). And they do know the customers mailing address as its required to buy a po box. They return the package to the sender. The ultimate definition of LAZY.
