Postal Locations

The Postmaster of the Smithers location has repeatedly put other people’s mail in the wrong mailbox. Multiple town residents have experienced this over and over. The most recent issue for me is a very important check was not delivered. Called to check on it, it was mailed out on 9/4, asked the postmaster if it could be somewhere at the post office, she rudely states “ if I have it, it was put in your box” Then at another chance, asked her again, she said “let me look in the boxes “ I understand errors can occur, this is an ongoing issue with the residents of Smithers, WV 25186. This has been overlooked for awhile, but the rudeness when confronted about these issues is unacceptable.
