Whenever I need to talk to someone at this location, someone always answers the phone. I really appreciate that! Other post offices are not as accommodating. Another thing, when will Princeton Location be unlocking their lobby again for weekends? I need access to my post office box during the weekend (mainly Saturday late or Sunday).

The whole usps system sucks ass I have never had a package delivered on time by them and they always have bs excuses I think the government should pull there funding and let someone like FedEx or Amazon a company that can actually do the job right and get peoples stuff delivered on time

We must have the best mailman in the world! He always brings everything directly to our house and leaves them on the covered porch in a place where if it rains, it won't get wet. His disposition and polite manners make him irreplaceable. Thanks to PO for hiring such a neat guy!

Five years and I receive others mail in my box. Complained to "everyone" . Top to bottom..still happening. Tired of taking it to clerks. I just shove it through my box until it falls to floor on other side. Hopefully soon they will get tired of picking it up.

So I'm expecting a delivery today.... I'm literally standing in my front yard. I get an email stating they "attempted delivery" and a notice was left. LIES! I was in my yard! There was no mail truck! There was no notice of attempted delivery! Additionally.... There was no reason they couldn't just leave the package on my porch LIKE THEY ALWAYS DO!

Completely worthless. I ordered products from California, they finally get here, and no one attempts to deliver them. "Problem with delivery," or basically they didn't attempt to leave them on my porch. I work 35 minutes away, and can't just up and leave to go pick up my packages during business hours. I would love to straighten out the issue and have it delivered, which is a convenience I paid for, but I cant...because I spend 30 minutes fighting with an automated system that makes your skin crawl and doesn't provide assistance, and a local post office who doesn't answer the phones and immediately transfers you to the operator during normal operating business hours. This is the same group that folds up my college diploma to put into a mailbox. It is embarrassing.

I put my check for my PO box rental in my box on June 26, 2015. My check has not cleared the bank as of 7/8/15 and I am locked out of my mailbox. I work out of town and can't get to the PO during the hours they are open. Try and try to call them at the Princeton, WV location - ALWAYS BUSY. Also called the 800 number over and over and ALWAYS BUSY also. THIS IS WHAT MY TAXES GET ME!?!?!?!?

My mail delivered by the Saturday mail woman is ALAWAYS delivered to someone else. She leaves stuff on my neighbors walk and then my packages have got rain on or blown down the hill. It is the woman who does Brush Creek Falls rd on Saturday and when The normal guy is out of town. I even stopped her and told her that wasn't my house. I had a $300 purse coming and I had to sit and wait an hour and a half to make sure she didn't leave it somewhere and it get damage too. I pay too much to have my items thrown around. None of you would want your stuff thrown around. I have called and reported her and it seems to fall on deaf ears.
