Every time I turn around my postman seems to have an issue delivering to my house. It's a rural address, but they signed up for it. This is getting ridiculous

I moved into a new place and went to the post office for all change of address. This was on a Thursday. I was told a new lock and key would have to be replaced and that it would be a day or two. One week later and it still hasn’t been done. Who is going to pay late fees on my bills? A week is absolutely ridiculous to wait for a two minute lock change!
