Postal Locations

This post office is very unreliable irresponsible and the people are very rude and I yet again had to call today to complain about my packages not being delivered and I was yet again spoken to very rudely and with no care in the world about my package! Something needs done about this facility!

I am very upset and disappointed that an employee at this facility refused to let me ship my husband (who is overseas) a care package. The blonde was very rude and disrespectful which she accused me of being when all I did was try to send a package out. The woman had the audacity to yell at me and tell me I couldn't send the package even when I pulled up the usps website and proved her wrong. It's a shame to see how the family's of the military are being treated at the Jane Lew post office. The military put their lives on the line and are away from their families and this woman does not respect the military or the families at all!
