Every other delivery service will bring packages to my residence. USPS always has an excuse. And we have to drive 10 miles out of our way to pick up. AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!

AGAIN. My package is marked as delivered and your carrier was too lazy to deliver it only put a card for us to pick it up at the post office itself. This is getting old. The tracking AGAIN shows delivered at the mailbox and it is not.

We have not received mail for 3 days now, I do not believe Covid is the reason and can't get any one to answer a phone. Harpers Ferry post office is in need of some serious help

As of October 30th we were supposed to have our mail forwarded to our new address in Charles Town it is now Feb. 5th and it is still not being forwarded. This is not acceptable, my wife and I have made several attempts by in person visits to the post office to remedy this problem to no avail.

Pitiful is the only word to describe things and the pandemic is longer a viable excuse. Lost packages, inaccurate tracking, non responsiveness to customer concerns, no one answers the telephone, inconsistent delivery to cluster boxes, misrouted mail.....the list is endless. Sadly there is no place to make a formal complaint about anything!

Another package from Amazon not delivered on a weekend. There is always an excuse of why they can't deliver. Today the excuse is that there isn't a secure location. That is uncorrect because my 23 year old son was home. This is becoming an issue.

I ordered an item on Amazon. USPS tracking stated that delivery was attempted yesterday 7:58am. I called Amazon and the customer service stated that this has been a problem with the Harpers Ferry deliveries not properly reporting status. I confirmed that that there were no such deliveries attempted. The other orders have not been received today as well, but status claims out for delivery and were to be delivered yesterday by 8pm.

I ordered a ring for my wife from a French seller on Etsy. The package arrived today, January 4th. Open pulling it from my mailbox, I discovered the package had been ripped open, and the ring had been removed. To say I am displeased would be an understatement. This is the 2nd time in 3 years this has happened. Never again. I'll be contacting your office, and The Headquarters of the USPS directly concerning this matter.
