I’m so aggravated with the delivery issues to my home. I’m told the mail carrier doesn’t have to go past a 1/2 mile from the mailbox to deliver packages.. my mailbox is just over a 1/2 mile from my house so they drop my packages off at then end of my driveway on the ground.. I was also told by the supervisor that I should get a bin for packages and that the union contract states they don’t have to go over a 1/2 mile (it’s literally a tenth of a mile over) I didn’t put my mailbox in the location it’s in and why should I have to buy a bin? I pay for a service and I pay shipping costs to have them delivered to my home. Then it’s an excuse that my road is too bad even though my little Elantra goes up and down it all the time with no issues the only exception would be snow or ice.. I may start sending invoices for my gas and time! Do better or YOU put a bin by the mailbox for packages! Or get employees that don’t have an issue with delivery! This is Absolutely disgraceful and I should be reimbursed shipping costs!

My order was left in a trash bin at the top of my driveway. One third of a mile away from my house. I have no mailbox, a Box # was on the shipping label, yet, my package was instead delivered to a trash bin as opposed to my PO Box. Is this the service I paid for? Funny part is, the deputy postmaster has actually dropped a package or two of ours here at the house. Yet the mail carrier chose a TRASH BIN to put my package in.

If our mail person is to lazy to get out of her vehicle to deliver a package then its not the right job, my package was on the bumper of someone else's vehicle sitting in my driveway luckily it was seen ,we live right on winchester grade road no excuse not to put on porch or in front of garage

I live out of town and have called on several occasions to have my deceased sister’s mail forwarded to me. No one ever answers the phone. Such poor service. Drove there and door was locked 2 minutes before closing. I want a response please!

The old review below was one year ago. I am happy to report that one year later this USPS location still does not answer the phone. If nothing else they are consistent in their dereliction of duty. Complaining about the US Postal Service... kind of like spiting in the ocean, never going to change anything. The US Postal Service is and has been the home of the lazy, mentally off, and the general losers in life. You may be frustrated but just let it go, it is what it is and always will be. Don't bother calling, they do not answer.

Today I have called the Berkeley Springs post office for 60 minutes and at times with 2 different phones and there has been no answer. It is way before closing. I can't believe they would wait on all person to person customers and not answer the phone. This is ridiculous!

I agree.......It rings & rings & then you get a busy signal. Obviously no one wants to answer the phone . Pretty bad customer service.....I guess we should use UPS or FedX, Their customer service # is answered by a person.
