I am a new Home Owners. With the Tomah Post Offices new Rules on mailboxs is Ridiculous.. I've been out of town for Three weeks and get back to find out that my Mail is being held Hostage till I get a Mailbox up. I'm w Waiting for Important Mail on where to send my payment and how to set up automatic payment... I wanted to go get my mail and was told it couldn't be released to me until my Mailbox was up... No wonder the USPS is going broke... What is happening to our Government. Not a free Countryp any more... #notimpressed#verypoorservice#itsmymailgiveittome....

Post Master, I would like to complain about the Postal Delivery Service to my Home Address. This is the Second Saturday in about 2 Months where the Postal Carrier did not pick up mail that was waiting for pick up a t my address. The Mail was in My Mail Box at 7 AM, and when I returned home from work at 11 30 am, I watched as the Mail carrier walked past my home without stopping. This is the 2nd time this has happened, and I am ready to go to the Postal Inspectors regarding this matter if action is not taken by you. Please respond. Thank You.

My wife was just at the Tomah post office that closes at 11am, she was in line, the counter employee allowed the person in front of my wife to be helped at the counter and then told my wife they are closed. While the person that was allowed to come to the counter was helped. So am I to understand that the postal employee calculated the time it would take per postal customer and then decided to tell my wife after she as already waited in line that the postal counter was closed after the person in front of my wife was allowed to be helped. During the training of a postal employees, what predictive statistical equation is taught to your employees to predict how much time each customer of the post while take.

We filled out the slip left in our mailbox a week ago saying who can receive mail at our new address. The postal person has not checked our mailbox for a week. I know this because the slip is STILL in there and we are not receiving our important and TIME SENSITIVE mail. We live in an apartment complex.
