The postman has not delivered mail on the part of County Rd SN that is under construction for months. It was gravel and workers were here daily so I can understand that. Now it is paved and all other services have been delivering on this road including the Holmen Post office to our next door neighbors and have been from the beginning of construction. Due to the volume of mail and packages we receive for Christen Farm Nursery and the business bills and payments we receive daily we chose not to have our mail in a very small mailbox on Schilling Rd. So we had it held at Onalaska Post Office. It was a pleasure working with the folks there they were fantastic, especially Sherry. I have always been pro USPS as I used to work at Holmen and Onalaska P.O. many years ago. Our road is NOT closed to the Mail carrier or school buses or customers that come to our business or to people that live or visit people on this road and it NEVER has been. Our mail carrier just chose to say that he was not going to drive all the way around to the north, I was told by the project manager of the road construction that he just chose not to drive through the construction. I feel like one of his supervisors should come out and assess the current situation as there is really no reason for him not to consider himself not thru traffic as the sign says. Thank you for your consideration and attention to this situation.

It seems that the postal workers are more interested in delivering packages. We have had a good many of days where the mail truck flies down our street only to deliver a package to a random address and the fly past all other mailboxes delivering nothing at all. There are many that get rx's by the mail and they are late. Bill's go out and payments are late or overdue to the lack of service by the postal workers. What a shame that pride in doing your job is lost! The people that use this service deserve better!

I feel sorry for the innocent child or pet that may step out in front of this carrier because he drives at a speed that is not going to allow anyone to get out of his way very unsafe.

This is directed towards the mailman services provided the week of December18th. I have had outgoing mail sitting in my mailbox for two days with the flag up, and no service. This is totally unsatisfactory this time of the year. I've got bills that are going to be late sitting in the box along with cards that are going to family members. Please advise.

The mailman drove past my mailbox today because a neighbor parked his car too close. That is very rude. If the mailman can't do his job he should be fired.

A package was due to be delivered to my house today. Tracking info stated it was on time and in route to my house from the Onalaska Post Office to my house (4 blocks away) at 8am this morning. It still has not arrived and I am not surprised. It has been quite a while since I have relieved any mail at all on a Monday!
