I live at 7939 west bender apt1. In the last 4 months we average getting mail once week. Last 4 weeks we got mail twice. As years end I am s senior so my award letter and my new healthcare provider info have definitely been sent twice per my request I have called twice been told I haven't had mail since 11-15. I am sure this is untrue. Help me I need the mail sent to me. I have been told mail would be delivered today it's almost 5 pmno mail. If the po is open tomorrow I will go there it's a 9 block walk from the nearest bus stop but I need my mail. Help please.
