I just got of the phone talking to some women at Greenfield post office, to ask about a package that mite have being picked up by the carrier. She did not want to hear about what happened and hanged up on me. No wonder the USPS is losing customers and money, with employees like that. And I do have some friends that are postal workers in a different area. I feel sorry fore them when they going to lose there jobs when USPS close down for good.

Today I was calling about a package of mine that hadn’t had any tracking information updated since. February 27th. I called the west allis location the previous day and they said they didn’t have the package and that it was last at the greenfield location. This morning when I called inquiring about my packages whereabouts the lady was very rude and told me my package wasn’t there without asking for any information. I then asked her to please check because I hadn’t had any other information, she got took my tracking number and then came back with a condescending attitude and said as of 6:51 this morning it was at west allis. I said oh the lady yesterday told me it was at this location sorry, you don’t have to be rude about it and I hung up the phone. Then this employee proceeds to call me back and ask me what I said to her at the end of my call and I told her I said she was being rude and it was uncalled for and that it was unprofessional of her to call me. That is harassment. Never have I ever had an employee of an establishment go through the phones records to obtain my personal phone number and then proceed to call and argue with me about her behavior and then when I asked to speak to the manager she laughed and said she was the manager and when I asked her name she hung up on me, I’ve called back several times to speak with someone about this and the phone never gets answered. This is ridiculous and absolutely appalling behavior.

Rude rude rude!!! The two ladies working the front desk need an attitude adjustment asap! If y'all don't want to or like to deal with people or hate people why even work in customer service??? Go somewhere else!! They act as if we are ruining their day by walking in. It's their job!!!! This location definitely needs friendly, kind, and knowledgeable staff. The two they have up front are NOT! I rather drive 35 min to the Waukesha location.

Employees are racist. Incompetent supervisor named Cindy. I highly suggest going to another office unless you enjoy being discriminated and losing your mail.

Terrible customer service. Clerks are too busy visiting and chatting with people they know rather than concentrate on the customers that waiting in line. I never feel welcome there. Going to another location from now on.
