As of the beginning of July, I have ordered 2 items that were to come via USPS. One from Houston (have ordered frequently from this person and takes 4 days to arrive) took 10 days to arrive and actuallys at in several Houston USPS facilities for 5 days. Currently, an item that was shipped from PA on7/31 is sitting in Baton Rouge, LA. I have been told that USPS changed their priority shipping to ground the beginning of July. This is horrible service. It's almost like USPS is sabotaging itself.

I am starting to get very irritated with my carrier. They continue to put box packages in my mailbox that I cannot get out on my side because there is a lip on my side of the mailbox. They get frustrated with me and discontinue delivering my mail but CONTINUE to put pkgs that do not belong in a mailbox in the mailbox instead of pulling into my parking lot and leaving them at my door. I have filed complaints with them and it is still happening. Beyond frustrating!

I have a package that has been sitting in a Janesville post office for 5 days. It took 2 days to travel from Pennsylvania to here, but 5 days to travel the last 4 miles? F--- the us postal service, I would be very happy if I woke up and saw that this post office had burned down overnight.

We just received a notice that we need to clear snow and ice away from our mailbox. The mailman can clearly see that it was damaged in one of the heavier snows and is leaning to the side and buried in the bank. We shovel as best as we can as evidenced by the carved ice steps. We have a mailbox on our house that could be used. Postman wrote a note on the notice that says he is not required to exit the vehicle. Not sure what to tell him, best of luck until spring, the massive ice mound isn't going anywhere fast. About 18 years ago, a mailman issued people on our street a false letter stating that we had to place mailboxes at the curb. Two of us did, the rest ignored it. We asked the postmaster about it, she said that since we had installed it, we couldn't remove it.

My package has been sitting at Janesville WI P.O. for 2 days and they say it'll be 7 more additional days! It only took 8 days from CA!! Tired of people using Covid as an excuse for crappy service!

I’ve been waiting on my check and I guess they decided not to deliver mail yesterday this is my work check that was sent Monday and it’s now Sunday and still nothing kinda annoying considering I have kids and stuff . Yesterday wasn’t a holiday so I’m not sure why the mail didn’t run!

Quite frequently, here on the south side of Janesville we go without mail pickup or delivery. Today was no different. No mail pickup or delivery today. I guess somebody just said, "Screw it, I ain't going down this street today." Some of us had to have government paperwork go out today. It's going to have to wait until Monday. You will be held responsible for any problems this generates. You would think you'd have better employees working for your organization, given the excruciating process to apply for a job with the post office, and the $46 fee to even apply. But I guess not. Hey, Marcos is hiring! Time to complain to the post master general, I think, given the multitudinous complaints I've been reading. Must be somebody's time for retirement.

Our postal carrier in the S Jackson St/S Franklin St area delivers my mail and PACKAGES at 176 S Jackson St to 176 S Franklin St. I return mail to Franklin St yet they do not return mine. I have lost $$$ in merchandise because the post man can't read the address and deliver correctly. I just get the run around from the post office and never get reimbursed. Rediculous!!! Don't my taxes help pay for this government agency? Where do I go next to get results???

I had the vilest experience today with a mailman from Janesville on N. Palm Street.  He was screaming at me that my stamp was used (my neighbors heard him).  Of course the stamp was never use but i cut it out of an envelop that was never mailed and taped it on the one to be mailed.  I explained that I done this before and never had a problem as the stam was clearly never used he basically accused me of lying!! Realising that he must be a nutcase I asked him for the envelop back thinking I will take it to the post office myself, but the nutcase ignored me and kept on walking..i run after him in the knee deep snow in my slippers while all the while he was ignoring me calling him and asking for my envelop back.  When i finally caught up with him out of breath and asked for the 12th time for my envelop back he yelled in my face that he has "no time for the likes of me" and that I wasnt "worth his time".  Wow! Janesville you can be so dam vile and evil!  I think what he meant by the likes of me was my europpean strong accent!!  wake up and smell the immigration Janesville..THIS IS AMERICA ..you loony own!

You do understand that one mailman doesn't represent the entire city of Janesville, do you not? The actions of one person do not justify you calling the entire city "vile and evil". On another note, you should have gotten his name and reported him to his supervisor/boss. It would've been far more productive than running after him in slippers, if your story is indeed true and not made up in an attempt to make the city look bad.

he should not have yelled like that, but there are many times when I have received mail and the stamp was not cancelled. I did not then cut it off and tape it to an outgoing envelope.... I don't know that you are allowed to Scotch tape a stamp on an envelope like that...Sorry.
