Bad luck or start of a problem. Placed a graduation card with $$ in mail box for pick-up 2nd week in May. Has not been delivered (Lost or theft).. Place a birthday card n mail box for pick-up 3rd week in May, card delivered but had been opened.

every time we have a different carrier (not the reg one) they forget to lock all the mailboxes THS UNSAFE i live in a apt complex behind the HC post office this happened again today 04/12/23

On a regular basis year around we have our mail held at the post office. I have lost count the number of times our mail has been delivered after the start of a hold mail issued. This means a call to the post office. The latest mai hold was cancelled and we expected accumulated mail would be delivered the following day. Well the current days mail was delivered but not the held mail which includes at least three packages. We had to go to the post office to retrieve it. This should not happen There is a serious management and organization problem at the Franklin Wisconsin post office.

Worst post office ever!!! Drive by my house all the time. I go to get my mail more then it’s delivered. Then when I go to pick the mail up myself they tell me they can’t deliver it because there’s a car by my mailbox. Yet my ring camera shows no cars by my mailbox,EVER. And if that isn’t bad enough dealing with the extremely rude Old ladies that should be retired at the post office is the final straw. It’s pretty sad when your local post office makes you wanna move out of a great community.

Mail for the E section of Greendale isn’t being delivered to the correct address - Thursday, a man on Edgehill brought me a package with my address on it, and on Friday, I received a box that should have been delivered next door. It’s not just these 2 incidents, this happens frequently. Who gets this complaint? “Comments below are not read by postal employees” - so who does?

Today Sept.11 seven pieces of my mail which was properly addressed,was not delivered to my post office box! We have lived here for a year. We were expecting our monthly bills and luckily we have time. I hope was a one time error !

Claimed they attempted to deliver my package today. I've been sitting here at the computer all day, right in front of the door and they are lying about attempting to deliver anything! Surprise, surprise! -- No way to contact anyone to complain!!

I ordered some supplies that we absolutely needed to be delivered on Sunday. This delivery person put it down as business closed when I was here at that time! So aggravating as they often don't pick up mail when the flag is up unless they have mail to deliver, etc...very unreliable service from this office in Franklin...

I have been mistreated by the 2 ladies at this Post Office the 3 times I called. One was even the manager. We are a respectable business in the Franklin Industrial Park. I have asked many times if they can PLEASE get us our mail by a reasonable time (Before 2:00 pm). They both right away got an attitude & told me no we can't do that. After I pleaded my case that we are trying to run a business & NEED our mail a few hours earlier they still wouldn't work with me & the attitude got worse! They told me to get a PO Box if I want mail sooner. I feel that is so UNFAIR to make me pay for a po box when it is THEIR JOB to deliver it themselves!

Refusal to deliver mail, refusal to resolve the situation. I work during business hours and the tenacity of these postal employees is really unbelievable. If I had a choice to never use the US postal server ever again I would.

One of the staff is ignorant of current laws - went with my passport application and the lady at the counter insisted the PP photo background has to be perfect white. SO I went to the wall greens up the road and had another set of pictures taken for $20+ and she said the same; still not good enough.Drove to the airport USPS and they said pictures were all fine and showed me the requirement, - off-white or gray background. That ignoramus wasted 3 hours of mine but holds a position of authority and enabled to not accept passport applications. The older lady is always very courteous and nice.On the flip side, went there once when they had just closed and the guy in the window was kind enough to retrieve my package I came to pickup
