I live at an apartment complex in Fdl. For the past month, tenant's mail order prescriptions are many times left out in the open/lobby vs. BEING put in either their personal mail box or one of the larger mail boxes! People can obviously tell these are meds by the package and that it often says the pharmacy on it!

I received notification that a package had been delivered and was left in my mailbox. When I went to get it, the package wasn’t there. I emailed the Post Office customer service. Later that evening I received a phone call, stating that my package had been mis-delivered to a different address. The postal worker then was able to retrieve the package, and personally delivered it to my door that evening. Excellent service!!

The Fond du Lac Post Office is one of the best-run postal services I've ever used! The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and are able to keep even the longest lines running smoothly. Even when the line is quite long, the wait time is very short. These people deserve a big hand!

Is there no one available to answer the phone? I don't have time to drive across town just to as a question about a package.

Had a mail LADY claim she is not paid enough to walk up the apartment complex stairs to deliver a package. Rang our buzzer 3 times before we came down to grab the package from HER. Always wears a hat on her PRAIRIE ROAD ROUTE. This is not the first run in with HER. She has totally not rang our buzzer and submitted not available when we clearly saw her go to the mailboxes and not walk toward our complex. LAZY and RUDE. Get off your ear piece and do your job

Not sure anyone ever reads this, but I've had it with the lazy mail girl. If I wanted a path worn in my grass, I would have put it there myself. Stupid chick has been talked to and obviously doesn't care.

I have not had a mail pickup since Thursday. My bills and rent are just sitting there. Why?And since it is Saturday afternoon, there will be no one to answer the phone to complain to. I have no car, there is no Post box near me, nor any bus service. Not good.
