I have repeatedly told the manager that I don't receive items of importance for the last few years and especially the last two years. I am now not getting my mail picked up and have had item delivered to a neighbor instead . I am furious. The post office is incredibly unreliable. We have also received 5 ballots that we did not request and there are only two of us living here...addressed to the same persons! This is unacceptable 😡. When we put our mail out, pick it up and send it! When we have mail, deliver it to our home or mailbox immediately! I am tired of coming in to the post office and asking for assistance. Someone needs to be called out on this .

Dear postal service, i am very sad to say i am concerned for my packages. I had to pick up some this morning that were not delivered to my door and no note was left. then again same day was given packages from a neighbor three doors down. Thank god the lady knew of my family. most do not. i will be receiving packages a lot this next month and really hope that the carrier will deliver them to the right house. i put signs on all my doors to let them know where to put them if not there, but it still does not matter if they do not deliver them to the right house. please let me know if you can help me with this matter. thank you, chandra
