A package was suppose to be delivered today. When I had not received it by 5pm and tracked it and it states that at 4:34pm "Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location, Jackson, WI". Since I don't live in a gated community nor a building with a locked lobby - this is a lie. I called the Cedarburg post office and the person I spoke to stated that the person delivering probably found it still in their vehicle at the end of the day and that's what the entered to close it out for the day. This is the second time this has happened. This shouldn't be allowed to be entered on a record that is meant to be a TRUE tracking record. So when can I expect the package to be delivered correctly?

Package was dropped off by vendor on 2/20/18 at 5:25 according to tracking, says acceptance is still pending on 2/23/18. Was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd. Don't understand the delay!

When Colleen my regular carrier has a day off the service I receive is almost non existed. For the last three Saturdays the fill in carrier has not delivered my mail. I also have been told by my neighbors that they also had no delivery on Saturday or if they did it was for the wrong address. My address is W205N17383 Spring Ridge Drive, Jackson, WI. 53037. Please advise me why this occurring and what will be done in the future to correct the problem. Thank you, Tom Fischer
