I have a Package that is undelivered. It arrived at Regional center (Oak Creek) and supposedly sent to local PO (Brookfield, WI). Called Brookfield PO and talked to an uncaring short civil servant. Not been scanned there so nothing can be done. PO doesn't believe a package is lost until 30 days! How is that remotely competitive. Brookfield needs to learn customer service. USPS needs better processes.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They make you wait 30-45 minutes for you just to be able to ask a question and then they will either do it for you and it will take another 15-20 to complete or they will not be able to because the website is made terribly and you will have to go home do whatever it is they told you to do and then go back to the post office and wait another 30-45 minutes. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I was pleased to actually get a human on the 262 area code phone number - A REAL LIVE HUMAN picked up the phone! in very short order, we took care of business in FAR LESS TIME than the amount of time that I had already wasted at their 800-number computer-based phone system. Thank you, humans at Brookfield Post Office.

1-800 number not helpful. Can't reach a person. On hold for more than any person should have to endure.

I like the disclaimer that comments below are not read by postal employees. I never knew that working for the postal service meant you were not allowed to use this crazy new thing called the internet
