I live on N Oneida St and I just wanted to say our regular mail man is awesome! (Brown hair and some facial hair) I am going to miss him when we move. He is always so friendly and upbeat and thoughtful. He definitely goes above and beyond!

I had a package sent to a friend address but along the way the address got changed so they couldn’t deliver they said it was perishable and it’s not so they threw it in the trash

We did not get any mail today or see any one go by. South side of Appleton

We did not receive our water bill from Appleton Finance Dept which showed it was to be delivered yesterday and the daily notice I get from USPS. Not delivered today either. What should I do. How do I track it?

Rather irritating to not receive mail for three days.what seems to be the problem? Has the postal service gotten that bad? That's totally irresponsible.

5 months later, this is still the most incompetent USPS location in the country. They will either destroy your mail or return it to the sender for no reason. This location is operated by monkeys with down syndrome.

I am missing a piece of mail from around March 17th

I received no mail service yesterday 2/21/2022, it's after 1 on 2/22/2022 and I'm worried I will receive no mail service today either, I have had packages with the flag up for 2 days in my mailbox, but no mail person has come. I understand problems with staffing, and why our mail service is never regular but Packages in my area get stolen if left overnight in our boxes which is why we depend on mail to pick up. Just wondering what has happened and should I start making the trip to the post office myself if pick up isn't going to be dependable. Thank you in advance.

This is the most incompetent USPS location probably in the country. They will either destroy your mail or return it to the sender for no reason.

Trash. They crumple mail instead of taking 2 seconds to put it in a mailbox properly. They need to do better, numerous times I have had mail basically destroyed by these incompetent carriers.

I want to thank the Appleton Post Office for the continuous super service during this horrible Pandemic, all you Postal Workers are true HEROS in my mind. I give you all a BIG THANK YOU!

We are very concerned again with our mail delivery. We have some problems since Eric is no longer on this rural route. In the past week we received others mail and would make sure our neighbors received it thru us. This is very concerning now. The last few weeks we are/were waiting for two pieces of mail that is extremely important . With the uncertainty of mail delivery, not sure if our mail is going elsewhere and/or going to neighbors not near us. We are at W4394 Pleasant Rd in the town of Center.

We have a new postman the last few weeks, he has consistently given our neighbors some of our mail and we have gotten theirs. Mail has not been delivered. Why? We have mail to go out.

I am perplexed about our mail delivery at 741 w. ridgeview dr.We had been getting delivery anywhere from 11 ;00AM - 2 :PM. Now we are getting it from 8:00PM-9:40PM Last night mail was not delivered at all It is now4:40PM & still no mail has been delivered.Cannot get anyone to answer phone calls.No way to get any answers,is this how our tax dollars are being wasted?????

Our mail person is not here yet. (Usually here by 11:00 am) . We have outgoing mail that needs to go out TODAY. Tried to call our post office and all the mailboxes are full you cannot leave a message.

WHERE IS OUR MAIL ??? NO DELIVERY ON OUR STREET FOR THREE DAYS... WTH?? I try to call your office.... All mail boxes are full. Unable to leave a message or get a human being. This is not acceptable. I left a message on the web site.

I am truly beyond fed up with the entire United States Postal Service. I received a box marked fragile a few years ago. You could see the box looked as if it had been used in a soccer game, it was so badly damaged. When I received the box, the sound of broken glass was beyond evident. I took it into the Appleton WI post office and showed it to one of the people helping. He looked at me and asked if I had opened the box. It clearly was not opened so at his request, I opened the box and in the middle of an immense amount of bubble wrap was a large glass basket broken beyond repair. The next question was, "What do you expect me to do about it?" I was shocked, angry, and truly dismayed by the idiotic questions and responses. The man then said I had to contact the Post Master General in Washington. No name, address or phone number. I was dismissed. Following that I continued receiving broken items that I couldn't get reimbursed. (The lady I bought the basket from got extremely angry when I tried to get help. She told me I had to take back the request for help as I was giving her a bad reputation and she never had a problem ever. She blocked me. So I gave up. Then about a year ago I learned there is indeed a woman who could help at the post office. Unfortunately, health problems came up and I couldn't do anything. Luckily things began arriving in one piece until yesterday when two items came broken. I've had enough! This is a nationwide problem and no one cares. I'm paying for postage that is outrageous for bad treatment of packages. I do not blame Appleton but a majority of post offices on the east coast. Plus another thing is twice the post office in Chicago, near Elmwood Park is horrible!!! Twice they have lost two packages of over $100 for Christmas gifts to family. No offer of reimbursement, just gee we looked, couldn't find them, your problem. I wish we could find a more reliable company to deliver packages as I'm done being ripped off.

Having issues with my mail not getting delivered consistently. I have reached out for assistance several times and have still not gotten a response. Bills are not getting paid as a result etc. I even left a message for my postal carrier. A real mess. Apparently, the postal system is a mess. Frustrating!

Received an envelope today that was mailed from your office to Seymour. Corner was ripped open and contents were gone. The rip was big enough for the 3DS game to be removed. It was a gift for a young boy. Tsk. Tsk.

I sent a letter out on Friday to Seymour. She sent me a photo of the envelope with the contents missing and the corner of the envelope is ripped off. REALLY!?! How is it that this is govmt run and you have to jump through 25 hoops to get hired to work for it, and yet people are stealing right under your noses? Honest, dependable- shouldn't that be who we trust our mail with? I'm disgusted..

I revceived PSform 3811 that was sent certified mail without a date and printed signature. Since I may end up in a law suit, I need to have the information that was omitted. Leroy Adamski

The package was not in my mailbox, it was not left at my door, and it was not left at the Complex Office. Can you please look into where this was handed off directly and let me know. How do I get a message to my delivery carrier to not drive all over my driveway when it snows? The three minutes they saved driving in and turning around took me 45 minutes to clean up. I can’t have ice pack on my driveway. My wife will fall and injure herself.

The last ten years have shown a continuous downturn in both service and attitude by everyone I have had contact with at the Appleton Post Office and their carriers. Continuously receive others mail, don't receive my own, per Informed Delivery APP. Half of the oversized letters and packages I have sent through Customer Service at this location are LOST or NEVER delivered. Postmasters assistant, Kelly, doesn't seem to think this is a issue. USPS needs to be removed from government control and bust the postal union that allows these people to keep their jobs!

HAD COMPLAIN SEVERAL TIME IN REGARDING NOT RECEIVING OUR MAIL OR OUR MAIL NOT BEING PICK UP. THIS ISSUE SEEM TO BE A ONGOING MATTER AND NEVER RESOLVED. RECENTLY THE MAILMAN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER OUR MAIL BUT IT WAS AFTER OUR REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS WHEN WE WERE CLOSED; WOULDN'T YOU THINK TO DELIVER ALL BUSINESS MAIL BEFORE NOON. USPS IS STARTING TO BECOME WORST AND WORST.

1.Puts phone off hook so you can't get through. 2. Shorter red-haired male desk clerk is rude. 3. Try to pick up mail before it's loaded on truck and they refuse even when I've mentioned our bedroom is below ground level and we can't hear their light tapping on the door. 4. Constant lines in lobby which annoys almost everyone who has to wait in line there. If you're an ebay seller who has to send out lots of packages it's even more annoying.

great service, helpful, and they know the best way to do what you need to get done. a pleasure to go there.

this post office is terrible. Get a po box at a different office everyone. They screw with your mail delivery. When u call to complain they dick u around even more. Then the lady delivering becomes worse.
