I have always been met with friendly staff inside the post office, my driver is amazing. I order from Amazon and other online shopping and the driver has no problems setting the packages on my porch or in the lock boxes at our mailbox.

A package being transferred from UPS to USPS has been sitting “Pending” at your post office since February 28th, 2023 and today is March 6, 2023 and I am in another state and cannot get to the post office to complain in person and I’m having no luck with any phone calls as they don’t answer and just hang up. **“KEEP MOVING DELIVERY DATE”••. I’ve been now told that the post office there sucks and now I know why. Please check if anyone reads this on Pending transfer packages from UPS To USPS. I would like for them to get it before summer.

I had a big box delivered to me yesterday and normally a package that cannot fit inside my locked mailbox is put by my front door, but this time it was left on top of my locked mailbox where anyone driving by could have reached out and grabbed it. It’s lucky no one did this time. This has never happened like this before.

Same thing happened to us yesterday. I hope this doesn't become the norm.

I have a locking mailbox at my new house. I have attempted to mail items twice and both times the new mail is sitting on top of the outgoing mail. I put the flag up to indicate there is something to pick up. Why isn’t it?

I have been trying to call the Yakima office regarding a phone message I received Sat, 12/04/21 at 1:32; I could not understand most of the message, other than someone named Nancy called about my vandalized mailbox. The return number was 225-1389; no one answers any of the numbers and the call goes to a busy signal. I went in person this morning and nothing was known about the call. Why have numbers if no one answers them.

I noticed a few times in the last month my out going mail has not been picked up. I live by the fair grounds. Nothing blocking the area to prevent being picked up. Why am I not getting mail delivery services Monday thru Saturday like I should be?

I had a issues with a mail carrier walking in my just poured cement curbs yes it had her footprint and she is on my camera. I spoke with a supervisor and he said he would put in my file not to walk through my flowerbeds again. She can walk up the same way she came. As I watch her today do it again. Once again she is on my camera . Please contact me through my email immediately something needs to been done with her for not following instructions and not caring about people personal property.

9/16/2021 @ 10:05am at 5901 McClaren in Yakima Wa I was parked in front of this house doing my job and usps try 0204959 pulls up and says nice job because he had to get out of his vehicle to deliver mail because he could not pull up to the unblocked mail box and I asked what his problem was and he points and my truck and says nice parking which there was nothing illegal how I was parked. I followed him around the corner and ask him his name and he said Larry Stone. I asked him what the issue was and he replied dude don’t worry about it and I told him I would be contacting his supervisor and he said whatever and laughs. He needs to be taught to treat people with respect and keep his comments to his self or deal with the reactions of people who he his disrespectful to. He should be written up or terminated for his actions.

The mail carrier keeps throwing my packages from Amazon on the ground she just drops it over my 3 foot tall gate that is not locked there are no dogs. All the other carriers put my packages on the porch like it says for delivery instructions. I have her on my DVR my cameras say it all. I don't understand why only one carrier does this? I've never met her in person. Anyway I will be sending the footage to the inspector general's office thanks.

I've been trying for three weeks to get ahold of someone to help me. No one answers any of the phone numbers i call. They just time out. My mail got screwed up and I was promised the problem would be fixed. I'm 1600 miles from home and can't come down in person. Good thing because I'm not happy. Is there anyone who can help me?

Had a scam today that looks very lagit from the USPS!! Said my package lacked entire address and I had to pay an additional 3.00 to have it delivered. Asked for my card, my SS, my birthdate, mother’s maiden name. I am waiting for a package to be delivered so I thought it was real!! It looks like it is all the right logos and stuff!

I am tired of having people in their 70's and 80s having to go out in the dark to get their mail. It is unsafe, undesirable and not needed. We don't get our mail until the next to last position and this has to change. Today we didn't even have mail at 7 PM. Enough!!!!

Complaint I have attempted to contact the Yakima office at 225-1389 regards a delivery issue. After listening to options I waited for an operator. The phone rings 10 times then gives a busy signal. The issue is regarding 9400136895232986273542. Tracking says out for delivery then states address is insufficient an hour and 25 minutes later. Then return to sender. Address is CORRECT. What’s the ISSUE

Why is our postal service so inconsistent, had a package to be delivered today, not going to happen! You need to be constant! That is what we pay for! And you want more money to bail you out!

We got a new mailman a year ago and have had numerous problems with our mail being delivered to a wrong address and we have gotten mail that belongs to other people. Several whom live on a road a mile or more away from our address. We have had packages delivered to wrong areas and this has become very concerning...this has happened several times but yesterday he crossed the line for us..he delivered our taxes to a neighbor whose mail box isn't in our Group of boxes. Fortunately we knew them and they kept them for us to pick up from them. This had very sensitive Personal Id info, social security numbers etc that were only mailed due to the corona virus. Maybe he needs more training or assigned a simpler less rural area. We have called numerous times and no one answers the phone. This is very frustrating!

We have 4 mail boxes located on our property line in front of our house [3 belong to neighbors one is ours] Our son parks his car about 7-8 feet from the mail box when he comes to visit. My husband is disabled so son visits often to help out. the gal who delivers our mail will not leave mail in any boxes if his car is parked there. Then spends time writing a note to every one stating that the mail box was blocked on such date for the next day delivery. IT IS NOT Blocked perhaps SHE needs to learn how to put her truck into reverse and go around saving time and energy and remembering who pays her salary!! The men mail carriers who fill for her at times, have to problem at all with this " Red Doge" being parked there!

Just had several mail carriers run through my neighborhood like they were beyond confused. One in particular sped through the neighborhood and slammed his truck into reverse mid left turn backed up turned right sped up to the blind turn came up my driveway through it in reverese parked next to a parked carrier truck making deliveries blocking street and blind corner. I told him to slow down. He made a remark and ran back to his truck and took off again. Yakima has the worst carriers that have the crappiest attitudes it is unbelievable and the supervisior that i have dealt with does nothing even when i complained i caught one carrier trying to keep a laptop she was supposed to be delivering. If you have missing mail you can bet it won't be found

A package addressed to an address in Yakima, Washington was returned to me. The mail carrier lied and said an attempt to deliver was made, but it wasn’t because the recipient was home all day waiting for the package to arrive. My local post office in Georgia tried calling for a while yesterday, and I have been trying to call and reach someone there for two hours since they opened this morning, and there is no answer at all.

Same exact thing happened to me too! I was supposed to receive my package on the 11th of December which I was happy about since I was leaving on a two week vacation on the 12th, but the package never showed up. Then, even though I put a stop mail for the two weeks that we were gone, I got a notice via email on my phone saying that they attempted to drop off the package and left notice. Funny thing....There was NO notice left when I returned from vacation. I went to the main post office and they said they would track it down and call me that day. NO CALL. Grrrr. Then the 23rd i went to try again and they were CLOSED. I am beyond upset! That package had my mom's Christmas present in it, and now I won't even have it for Christmas. Crappy service, lazy, and disappointing.
