Frankly, I'm tired of having to deal with the grumpy associates at the front counter. Everyone seems to hate their job. They give me snarky attitude and unwarranted comments every time I have to go in there to pick up a package, mail something out or ask them where one of my packages are located. My trip there today was yet another disappointment. It was a girl I have never seen before, so my hopes were high and hoped she would have somewhat decent customer service skills. Alas, she is just as awful. She sighed and groaned and moaned as she walked away to a different computer to look up my tracking number information. I'm sorry I'm such a bother....Please hire people who actually enjoy dealing with the public and actually like their job. I'm tired of these rude, cranky people. This location sucks on customer service. The folks at the Bingen post office are always NICE, have a SMILE on their face and treat you with RESPECT. Ya'll can learn a thing or two from those folks. Thanks for listening.
