Picking up the phone and hanging up to make it stop ringing. I am trying to report a vandalized box without any success to getting ahold of somebody without being hung up on.

Important (containing loved one's ashes) package supposed to have a signature upon delivery - carrier stated delivered to individual and put my initials but was placed in box. Didn't find til checked after calling sender. Have also had objects placed in box that won't come out the front. Left a note multiple times and finally had resolved by calling main USPS line as can NEVER get through to this facility.

Communal mailboxes have a larger opening in the back and is 1inch smaller opening for the customer, if it barely fits the delivery side...PUT IT IN THE PARCEL BOX YOU DOLT!!

Packages are never delivered as directed, packages are not even attempted delivery at door, and we got a notice saying we had to go to the post office to get the parcel. This is utter bullshit.

No one is monitoring the phone number listed. Very poor customer service if you can’t even contact a person at the posted number!

I moved into an apt complex served by this particular usps location last year and have had nothing but poor service. Dozens of letters showing in informed delivery that never arrive and are returned to sender. I've gone in twice to talk to someone about it and they just say they'll leave a note for my carrier. Its ridiculous

Same experience as L Taylor below. I went to grab today's mail, but our lock has been changed, but we have not been given a new key. We can't access our mail. Tried calling today and it rings 10 times and then gives a busy signal. Yep, this is our government provided USPS.

Tried calling today 4 times after being uable to get to an actual person through the automated system (really frustrating). The phone rang about 25 times and then busy signal, all 4 times. I will have to go down in person tomorrow and hopefully will be able to get my problem resolved. I got a package key in my box but the door was already open and empty. Possibly wrong key?

I don't even get an answer half the time. I know that the coronavirus is something going on but this is something that has been happening with you dip shitz for way longer than Corona so f*** you

I am unbelievably upset. Spent hours on the phone with your alwful automated system before I got a third customer service person to really help. And spent a great deal of time with Mario who listened and understood the urgent problem. I needed to put a hold on 6 packages and one of the 6 required a signature receipt. I explained after Tracking packages and realized the delivery day that there would be "NO ONE HOME". So he put all of them on hold starting Friday March 22, to be delivered on Monday March 25th. Confirmation #NJH341147948. To my horror 3 were delivered and left by the door of the town house. NO ONE WILL BE HOME UNTIL MONDAY! I delt with all this on Thursday March 21, 2019. I spent 2/3 of my day Thursday. I was assured that the packages would not be delivered until Monday. Now three packages are sitting on the door step where they can be stolen. I did not insure them. The point is the post office failed to pay attention to a notice that they would have received Friday Morning to hold and the tracking numbers were all given to Mario. 13319 SE 19th Street. Please send someone back to retrieve them before they are stolen. Sat March 23, 2919 2 pm your time. 5 pm my time. Florida. My number is 772-708-1916.

Poor. I had a package delivered. I was told through tracking number it could not be delivered. When I called, the woman who answered the phone was rude and spiteful. When she did locate my package, she told me she could read the address but couldn't explain why it wasn't delivered. She told me it would be mailed back but couldn't tell me when I'd ever receive the package back. I will not use the United States post office for packages again.
