I dropped 3 bills in the outside box of the Tumwater Post Office on 6/13/2022 in the morning, on my way to work. I received a late notice from one of the payees on 6/25/22. Checked my bank and none of the checks have cleared. Some other bills were dropped on the 20th and those have cleared. Was there an issue with mail from the 13th?

For the second time this month the Friday/Saturday delivery driver for the Fones Road area of Olympia Redleaf townhouses has lost 4 packages this month !!Last week it was $400 worth of merchandise this week it is over $500 worth of merchandise and no one is held accountable for it. You have the absolute worst service I have seen of any company please please please can you as human beings figure out why it is so hard to put the mail in the proper LOCKED boxes. Is it pure laziness ignorance incompetence? Feel free to leave an answer and let me know why it is so hard to accomplish your job. Your consistency of failure is almost hard to believe. You have made an art form out of losing items that are not replaceable on a consistent basis. Although you can always deliver the junk mail. It only seems to be items that are irreplaceable bought from small businesses that you seem to lose thank you!! I’m Daniel lovre i’m sure you’ll lose many more of my very expensive packages over the next year or so I look forward to you doing nothing about it Retaining no customer service at all. As well as having absolutely zero accountability for your employees consistent mistakes.

USPS says (via tracking) that they delivered a package. The only way to access the box is with a key. I went there to check and SUPRISE: no box delivered. I went there again the next day. NOTHING. Where is my package? What business model is this???

It was very disappointing to see people getting out of their cars on Columbus Day (post office closed) trying to shove mail back into the drive-through postal box on Israel Rd. The box (and how many returned ballots) was full and overflowing. Why didn’t the post office plan for a busy ballot return day even though it was a holiday?

Did you know that there is a Thurston County Ballot drop box just down the road? Its located in the parking lot of the Tumwater Library off of Israel road at 7023 New Market Street. These boxes help save the County tax dollars too!

I am sending this complaint to you, even though this is not a problem with your office, because I can find no telephone number for USPS to make a complaint. Please pass this along or give me a number which I can call to make my complain to the appropriate office, such as the Inspector General. I ordered an item online which was shipped via L.A, CA, USPS for delivery. Here is the route on which it has been sent: Please tell me why a small item whose destination was for Vancouver, WA from L.A. CA, would be shipped to Hillsboro, Or, to Seattle, WA, and then back to Portland, Oregon., and has not even made it the extra 10miles to Vancouver, WA. yet. This package has traveled an extra 374 miles. Hillsborro, Oregon is less than 30 miles from Vancouver, WA. I have a package that should have been delivered on 5/22/19. To date it has not been delivered. Per Zappos the company I ordered from I was to contact USPS which is unreachable. 360 352-6386 is always busy and u can’t leave a message. I need this package before Monday. Tell me what to do this is ridiculous! DeeDee Howden

I live on the corner of Delphi & Black lake Blvd. In Olympia, For years our old mailman had our mail to us before noon. The newest person use to have our mail to us by 1:PM. Lately, it seems like the neighborhood is missed. It is now 2:PM an we still haven't received our mail. What's going on???? These are also the same comments from my neighbors. Thank you.
