I don't understand why the mailman doesn't lock the mailboxes when he's done filling them up.... Anyone can open the main slot, and get everyone's mail ....... Why would a mailman cross out a tenants name?

Today Wednesday February 16 th. I just stopped on way home to get mail and the box for our culdesac was left wide open so that all the mail for us and our neighbors was left for anyone to steal We have attempted to contact both the Rosewood and Northpointe office and got no answers. We have hand delivered the mail to our neighbors but the box is still open. Please address this issue.

I was scheduled to receive two packages January 15 delivery by USPS. I remained home all day to be confident I may review the packages. Soon I receive a notification from Amazon that the driver attempted to deliver the packages at 12:43 pm. That was untrue. No one came to our home. I searched out the driver. I asked him WHY DID YOU LIE! I was home all day waiting for your delivery. He starter making excuses that his truck was to full so did not get packages on. Then I reiterated WHY LIE. Iwas pissed off he basically said don’t like it call the Northpoint Office. He drove away Is this truly how you wish the public to see you. Lie and treat people like this. Change is necessary

The hours here ridiculous. Most people work during these hours. The fact that these mail and shipping companies have no one to talk to you about missing orders is BS. Supposably you have had my package for the last 4days and it was scheduled to be delivered the 19th. Why if its been tracked to your location are you unable to process my order?

Today, January 25, 2021, a postal carrier spoke quite rudely to my special needs adult daughter who was attempting to retrieve our mail. She was traumatized by his rudeness about social distancing. She WAS social distancing! We live in the Lloyd-Charles community of Spokane, Washington, and I assume that your location delivers our mail. I confronted this man, postal employee, and let him know how out of line he was. Remember, politeness is important, especially to special needs people, and remember that it’s TAX PAYERS who pay your salaries!!

I have trying to get a hold of this Annex (Spokane Northpoint) regarding a package last scanned at their facility with no forwarding information available for me to track. Immediately after their recording that says hold on and someone will be with you right away, the line disconnects. Terrible Customer Service!

We recently recieved a mail delivery from USPS during a spell of snowy, icy weather. The USPS delivery truck had chains on its vehicle tires. They pulled into our concrete driveway to drop off the package and then proceeded to turn around on our driveway in its limited space and in the process seriously marked up the concrete with the tire chains that were on the tires! That kind of senseless damage seems highly unnecessary and very disappointing. I would have preferred they left a package pick-up slip in our mailbox that was on the street rather than tear up our concrete driveway!!!!!!!! Thanks for your time. Joan

I was picking up my dog from Petsmart on Newport Hwy today and as I was getting my car a postal truck was sitting at the stop sign apparently heading back to base. A woman in front of the postal truck was clearly not as quick to move through the stop sign and the postal truck driver screamed out his window ‘MOVE YOU CAR YOU FU...ING BIT.... I WAS APPALLED. There were other women and children in the parking lot who all hear this outburst. I did not get the number from the truck but it was around 2:00 PM today. There is no excuse for that outburst and I hope you can do something about this incident. Thank you.
