I had to go to that location to get passports, and after finding out I forgot to complete a box or two on my daughter's form, I left the room to call my son at home to get the info I missed. My form and documentations were all ready to go, so the lady that was helping me set my form and documents aside. When I came back with the form completed, a different clerk was helping me, and he told me I was missing her birth certificate! I was really nervous about it because I was certain I had brought it with me. I started looking everywhere for it, and it was nowhere to be found. Until I asked the clerk if I could look inside their trash can. Yes, you guessed it, the lady clerk that had helped me threw my daughter's birth certificate in the TRASH CAN! Very disappointed and upset about that!
