Lost package with tracking. The guy calls and says he spoke to the mail carrier and they delivered a package. I get packages all the time. He didn’t look up tracking or anything. Then if you call this location they will not pick up the phone. It just rings till it hangs up. Do better !!!!!

2/18/23 I mailed a 1st Class item from 42276. My recipient says it has not been received. When I started looking into it I found that my recipient had this USPS facility as their address but with a different zip code. Is there any instant or reason this would happen?

How does one report a mailman for refusing to deliver a package and automatically sends back to sender?

Why are we still not getting mail delivery when we are literally 10 minutes from the post office in Westwood village? Its been a week with no service, so due to holiday and weather but its been clear since last Saturday.

My mail has been stopped at 7945 delridge way sw seattle 98106 due to the home owner just saying that he didn't want me to be able to recieve my mail. I want my mail to come to the residence i have been living in for over 3 years now. I am in a dispute with the home owner however that does not justify him stealing my mailbox 3 times and stopping dilivery of my mail. I am a tenant and that isn't acceptable.

It’s a federal crime to steal someone’s mailbox and a hefty fine plus possible jail time. If you’re renting your landlord IS REQUIRED to provide you a mailbox by law. If he’s not report him to your local police or sheriffs office.

I mailed two letters in the outside mail box on Monday, April 11 or that Tuesday, April 12 at the Westwood Village mailbox. Neither have been received by the recipients. It's been over 5 days. One was sent to Gatewood and the other to Lopez island. Have you been having issues with mail delivery from that mailbox?

11 days without any mail delivery is unacceptable. Other address are recieving mail. start rotating carriers so everyone at least get some mail every other day or so.

Package delivered to my locked mailbox today. Package had been opened and contents removed - I received empty package. Item was for virus protection so I believe a post office worker decided they needed it more than I did. Frustrating when you can’t trust postal service, and no means to contact other than this online review.

last 2 - 3 weeks, not getting grocery store ads. I need these, when I go to your post office on Wednesdays, your dumpster is full of these ads. Please start delivering them.

We were instructed to make an appointment for passports, so we did. What do you think happened when we showed up on time for our appointment? Someone who walked in the door with nothing ready, no photo copies of anything no application filled out took our spot and was helped... It's very disappointing when one follows the rules only to be let down by the people who establish them.

I wish to add that when we were helped, it was a pleasant experience, she was helpful and polite. also, I have called this post office twice in the last few weeks and someone picked up the phone so either they fixed the problem I see many complaints about or it's the time of day they are calling.

I concur with the last review; I tried to call Westwood PO this morning to make an appointment and listened to the phone ring and ring and ring and finally was told "The person you are trying to reach is unavailable." I called back and got that rude fax signal. The third time it also rang off the hook and finally got that same recording. I don't know where else to go except into Seattle and I don't want to do that! What to do? Where can we report this problem??????

Avoid this post office if you are needing to file for a passport. I called to set up an appointment and was on hold for 30 minutes. Thinking they must have forgot I was on the phone, I hung up and called back. I was put on hold for another 10 minutes. Again, I hung up and called back. After explaining that I was on hold for 40 minutes total, I was finally able to talk to someone to set up an appt. I went to the appt today and was told I had to wait in the post office line in order to see someone. I ended up leaving and will be going to another passport place.
