Mark Moijahan and Nora Stamper are extremely unprofessional. I was forced to get a post office box after continued harassment from mail carrier Stamper. Mark Moijahan also lost about 50 pieces of my mail after claiming to have dropped it off. He allowed Nora to trespass onto my property and forced my boyfriend to sign an agreement regarding my dog that I had already refused to sign, because I signed another paper prior that they were not adhering to. I would love to receive mail at home again, but I still live in the same neighborhood and do not want to interact with either of them. I wish I had other options for a location for my mail to go through. Their harassment was during a period where I was struggling greatly with mental health. They held my medication without informing me and also time sensitive mail from being on leave. I am still playing catch up on figuring out all of the mail these two lost of mine. The result was that I abandoned my apartment and checked myself into the hospital due to being suicidal. I still get panic attacks whenever I see a mail carrier. I would like to receive my mail at home, but I do not ever want to see Nora or Mark again. I also still have my service dog that was their excuse for the continued harassment. If I receive mail at my current home and I see either of them, if they engage with me I will call the police.

Why is it so hard to get information about a package that was returned? I have been going around and around. And when I call the annex it rings and Rings nobody answers. My tax dollars at work

I have been coming here for four years now. Staff are always helpful and very knowledgable (eg one caught an error in my address for passport processing). Yes the lines can be long during peak times, but we live in a congested neighborhood. The staff seem to have endless patience for even unkind patrons. Grateful to our local PO workers!

This is a pretty bad post office in general. Seems like they are also unreachable by phone. I've been calling consistently for 30 minutes, and it rings and rings, and no ones picks up.

I've been trying to call and talk to someone regarding our apartment's broken-into mailboxes and how our tenants can start to receive their mail again but for two days now all I get is a busy signal. Not very processional, really annoying.

NO POSTAL DROP BOX AT THE CURB FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS!! THE EMPLOYEES SAID THAT THE CURBSIDE MAIL BOXES ARE NO LONGER BEING MANUFACTURED. HOW CAN THIS POSSIBLY BE A TRUE STATEMENT? LIMITED PARKING AT STREET FOR GOING INSIDE THE POST OFFICE TO DROP OFF MAIL TO BE SENT. ALWAYS LONG LINES AT THE COUNTER

I complained to the Carrier Facility (NW 46th & 11th NW) when this happened. But I got a different answer than you did. Not sure why. But yes the box did reappear in May or June, we're good now. Another different item -- I myself brought over my gas lawn mower to the PO in May and mowed the lawn, which had gotten more than one foot tall. The staff was very appreciative; actually said they had gotten hassled by the Mayor's Office about it. There seems to be an overall issue with maintenance budget for the PO....

You should update this page to say the self-service kiosk is only open lobby hours. And it seems like the usual hours people might need to use the self-service part is outside of normal business hours, making it not helpful at all to have it in the first place.

We've received no mail at our location here, 4602 14th Ave. NW, either yesterday or today. I know that it's probably hard to catch up after the holidays but since we depend on the mail, I wanted to make sure that this gets USPS attention. thank you, Robert Williamson
