I just spoke to a woman who claims to be the supervisor at Riverton Heights post office, I put in instructions with my security code code to the door of my building, because the package is too big to put in the secured boxes. She proceeds to tell me that they don’t go into secure buildings and deliver packages. I know that’s a lie because all last year I got my packages now all the sudden they don’t do that anymore Riverton Heights post office is garbage and their postal workers are liars

To The Postal Master of Riverton Heights Post Office, 15250 32nd Ave., Seatac, WA 98188 I am a rental box user since I was a Ole Miss Graduate student in 1987 at Oxford, MS. I used rental boxes in NY where I studied and worked and in CA where I worked and Lives and WA where my siblings are and my private business branch is. Since I lost a lot of mails at my private rental mailing address 19019 International Blvd., PMB 174, Seatac, WA 98188, I would like to know how and why you hold my mails without my permission and requesting. By laws, any stealing mails is felony offense in the US. I do not believe my siblings or my siblings' children stole my mails. Without court orders, no one has legal rights to withhold or block any incoming or outgoing mails because it is federal violations and human rights violations. When I was teen at home, one of my friends mailed me a letter, although my elder sister cared me and took care of me like my parents, my mother told my elder sister that she is not allowed to open my personal letter strictly because that is MY mails, although my family is not "federal", it is a clear boundary every one's privacy and confidential that is higher than any relationship boundary. Let my all mails through. I will be appreciated. My old mails addresses are as the following: 1. P O Box 2532 (P O Box 2834), Atacadero, CA 93422; 2. One Post Street, #2450, San Francisco, CA 934102; 3. 660 West Field Rd., #281612, San Francisco, CA 94128; 4. P O Box 5422, San Luis Obispo, CA 93403; 5. P O Box 4848, San Luis Obispo, CA 93403; 6. 1738 Cordova Ct., San Luis Obispo, CA 93405; 7. 3340 Johnson Ave., San Luis Obispo, CA 93401; 8. 17071 El Camino Real, #23, Atacadero, CA 93422; 9. 10333 El Camino Real, Atascadero, CA 93423; 10. Yesterday I received notice that 2 packages that I ordered from 2 different people were not delivered because my house number does not exist. I double checked and confirmed that the delivery address was correct, so the issue must be with the postal worker. This is extremely annoying. My house does indeed exist and has been here for over 70 years. The UPS driver managed to find it, so why can't the mailman?

You are probably not getting mail because someone is taking it out of your boxes. Happens all the time. Just had a credit card taken out of my box and used (fraud)

For over ten years we've been dealing with our postman delivering the wrong mail to our mailbox, delivering our mail to WHO KNOWS WHERE and complaining, to me, about having to walk the length of our driveway which is 15 feet. A package marked "delivered to mailbox" is not there... AGAIN. This just happens over and over and have been forced to go to this post office repeatedly to chase down packages and ask about screw ups and it never gets better. I hate that the USPS is swiftly becoming obsolete, there are so many great people working for this org, but our postman is not one of them and whoever is supervising him is not either.

The older Asian lady here is so rude to everyone. She called me an idiot because I tried to sign a hold mail notice before a monday which really doesn't matter to her. She vindictive and racist every single time I come here so always gives me attitude even though come with good intentions.

Sat. 23 March supposedly left an eBay package, according to tracking number. Business mail left in my box, my outgoing eBay package was picked up as I hoped & planned (had a return label on it I paid for) but no package left as indicated on website. What the heck? It seems that any time my regular delivery man, Art, is gone something goes wrong. Art has been the finest man delivery person in my life ever! I called eBay to alert them, next step is the post office on Monday morning. By the way, the mail truck left out back gate at 3:50 PDT....so where is my package?

I have just visited the Riverton Heights Post Office in SeaTac today, and it is the first negative experience I've had there. Clerk #14 was rude though unprovoked. I asked for a service I've recently received in Des Moines and she (#14) was vial. I can't imagine what her day was like, but really am worried my mail will make it's destination after her truly disagreeable service.

The mail delivery is awful. Its been two days and we haven't gotten any mail. The mail sometimes comes after 7:00pm, we get other people's mail delivered in our box and the address is nowhere close to our address. You try and track package and it said out for delivery but it doesn't come. You check later and it said attempted to deliver which is a fat lie. Lazy, they just don't want to deliver it. Postage stamps up five cent, why service is lousy.

Very rude lady thats always giving attitude to every customer because she hates her job. Her name is Anita. She is the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. If you want this business to do well, I recommend hiring younger workers because the older they are seems the more cranky they are. It does not do well with customers. They also never answer the side door where it says "for pick up only" When you do ring the door bell for assistance, every worker complains not waNting to do their job duties. Lazy employees

Slowest of the slow
10 people in line , 1 at counter and only one employee at the counter!
While 3 others wonder by and never bother to look up cause they know we're there looking at them, wondering why they don't step up and help. Then to top it off the lost my package.
