Monday, Oct 2 I found in my mailbox a package that had been damaged by the carrier to get into the box for Trlr 45. The carrier has larger opening to put mail into my lockbox than I have to get my mail out because of the door. My regular carrier and his reliefff are familiar with this and it is rarely a problem. Monday I had to get a knife a cut apart the package in order to get my book and package out. I have reported this problem many times over the years, i have lived here since 1989. I hope that future carriers will be taught about these lockboxes. I am disabled. It is hard for me to go to the mailboxes once in a day and to have to make a second trip with a knife is disappointing customer service. 11414 164th Ave SE, Renton, WA 98059

This post office stopped delivering my mail because mail box was overflowing. I called USPS to fix the issue and service request was raised. They did not fix the issue, instead kept returning my mail to the sender. My prescription medication was returned to the sender.

I mistakenly put a FedEx package in the overnight bin. I called the next day and staff found the package and offered to place it in their FedEx pickup so that I didn’t need to retrieve it. Proof that local USPS staff provide excellent customer service! 😀

We have lived in the highlands for 12 years and must have had as many packages and mail delivered to the wrong house. I have driven around the neighborhood several times trying to find a package that USPS has said was delivered. How hard is it to read an address? So frustrated with this incompetence! My advice....use another delivery service!

We have packages mailed to this location b/c we have a PO Box here. 50% of the time, USPS sends it BACK to the sender! Why? It's such a hassle for us to wait for a refund and then reorder. I am not sure what the confusion is!

The mail box in the highlands by Doofers, Sylvan, has been taped up with duct tape. Two days later it was removed . What happed to the mail inside that mail box? No one received my mail I sent to them. I sent a 100.00 check never returned to me or delivered

My Renton post office seems to not want to pick-up my packages after putting in a pick-up and you can never get a hold of them because they take the phone off the hook, WOW

The phone number often does not work. Card returned to sender as undeliverable attempted, not known unable to forward Correctly addressed, no zip code. When resent, it was delivered. Tried to call post office, immediately asked to try again later. Not happy

I live in Brierwood. Our postal service is almost non-existent here. Things get delivered wrong, outgoing mail rarely gets picked up. Our carriers are unfriendly, make marks in driveway and outdoor front area. Overall, mail is Not being delivered or picked up.... which is a problem. We need to continually discuss and meet with the supervisor at this station...They need to do a much better job. We also need to go above this station and discuss matter with district manager. Looking forward to that experience

Now tell me why the phone number is always busy. I just want to apply for a passport and I am never able to get through. They need to get that fixed because that's just poor, poor service.

I work at an apartment complex and I suppose our usual mail delivery person is out sick or something, but this blonde lady came buy. She came in fast and asked "Where are the dang mail boxes here?" I directed her in the correct direction and when brining in packages for us, she was throwing them around while scanning them and then said there ya go and dropped packages on the ground. If these packages were for me or even contained fragile items I would be extremely pissed off that they were just thrown around like she did. If you are going to work in a job where you handle other peoples items I would recommend you actually care about them, don't just throw them around and blame it on the fact that you are frantic...

Had a horrible experience here with clerk. I bought 2 boxes 3 days ago, cmae back to return 1 box just to find out they don't accept return box ( unused, not a mark on it). Not to mention the clerk's attitude when she told me to give the box to someone else " it's jut a box", she said ! On the receipt, it said " all sales are final on stamps and postages". The box is clearly not in those categories.
