I cannot get my mail person to come down my driveway and deliver packages, said it was to rough and might damage the truck. I get the little pinkish slip saying "sorry we missed you while you were out" I'm not out..I am house bound. So I'm always here. As far as damage to the truck, EVERYONE & I mean EVERYONE has no problem getting down my driveway. Florist, pizza man, Amazon, police, aid car, fire truck visiting nurses, visiting rehab. people, FedX, UPS, DHL, Safeway delivery ,Puget Sound energy in the small trucks, I have a very low riding camper van and it just does great, all my family and friends not once has anyone had a problem. So I need my mail delivered. There currently are two packages sitting at the Post Office that I hope they hold till Monday January 2, 2023 but they won't anwser the phone so I might ask them to hold them.

When Sarah (our delivery person in Seabird Park in Poulsbo) is working, our mail is on time almost every day. If she has a day off, our mail either doesn't show up at all or is very late. My wife has Alzheimers and really depends on the mail close to the same time each day. Sarah has been really helpful. We would desire those who fill in for her to have the same dedication as she.

It seems we are getting mail every other day. Would be helpful to officially know is this is the case.

Apparently answering the phone is not in the job description nor is redelivery of mail.

I have been waiting for medications and a watch that were supposedly delivered on Jun 12?. I talked to a supervisor on Sat. the 13th who told me that this was a problem with a new employee. It has been going on every Friday for the past 4 weeks. I had expected to see these on Sat. However they did not show up. I just retrieved today's mail and they are not here.

Just had a blonde mail lady threaten to mace me and my dog in the edge water area, she was very unprofessional about the ordeal after I tried to stop her. I don’t know her name but I would recommend you do better training with your employees.

Package not delivered to house. Need to reschedule delivery time. We received notice that "customer not available" when delivery was made May 6. We never leave the house! Please schedule to deliver our package from Michigan Bulb!

Do you ever answer any phone calls? There is a telephone number provided on your website for Poulsbo, yet NO ONE answers. It just get transfers to the "operator" aka a busy telephone line.

Again, we received a notice from Amazon that USPS was unable to deliver our package. Attempted delivery was Jan 19th, a Sunday, which I wouldn't expect anyway but my aggravation is the code used by the Poulsbo office - I believe you provide Kingston services on contract? The reason for non-delivery was "Front Door or Driveway Inaccessible". This is totally false. All snow was gone, there were no obstructions and in fact, our regular Kingston carrier walked in a package earlier in the week during the snow. Do not commit to delivery if you cannot do it and please do not use codes that are not true. If carrier was too busy or workload too great - say so. My mother was a rural carrier for 30 years and would just do her best and be honest with her clients.

I own Frog God Games on Minder Road. We process over $75k of postage a year. We need to decide if you actually want our business. Pickup has been ridiculously sporadic and it is adversely affecting our business. I currently have over $12k postsge and 1500 boxes awaiting pickup. Many of these have been sitting for a week or more. This is becoming totally unacceptable. You told my wife you would be here Tuesday and it is currently Thursday morning 2 am. I just got done pscking. If Poulsbo is unwilling or unable to support us, please let me know, and I will take US packages to Kingston and Suquamish and use UPS for overseas. If pickup is not performed tomorrow, I will begin delivery to other locations as time allows. I can be reached at 360-265-2371. I will begin taking my overseas packages to Kingston at 10 am if I do not hear from you. John Webb CEO Frog God Games

What and where are letter drop boxes located around Poulsbo? These location should be on the map with this webpage. It makes road shopping trips a little easier. Thank you.

Last week (February 12, 2019) when the snow was causing problems, the Postal driver (Anna, I believe), since she couldn't negotiate driving up the icy hill to our cul de sac, actually walked up, as treacherous as that must have been, to put the mail of about 8 or 9 of our home's mail in our respective mail boxes. That was truly impressive! Above & beyond! Living up to the "Through rain, sleet, snow..." reputation. I hope a copy of this can be included in her personnel file for review at a future "increase consideration" time. We all appreciated her doing this; a great reflection on her and your Postal Station!

Only after reading the other posts was I compelled to writing a review.
I went on line and put a hold on my mail . We were out of state due to a family health issue. We had to be gone longer than original thought... so I called and made sure our mail was going to be delivered on the day requested per the online request. We wanted a family member to pick up a months worth of our mail at our home on the saturday as directed. When our son went to our house on saturday, to get our mail at the normal delivery time, he happen to run in to the weekend postman. He stated our mail was delivered two days ago, and because it sat for so long they took it back!
So my complaint? I scheduled mail online, I called to insure it was going to be delivered correctly, and they stil screwed it up!!! We had a large bag of mail sit for two days unatended, then they took it away.... son had to go back Monday and wait for mailman to redeliver mail.
My advice.... if you call this office get names and document what youve asked them to do with your mail!

Hey, the tone here seems a little rough. Perhaps we should consider the work load at this time of year and how few staff actually work here to assist all of us. I have visited several times and had nothing but the best service...

The staff at this post office are so rude. Peggy has the worst attitude. My daughter went in for the first time ever to mail a package and Peggy yelled at her, told her that the package didn't have enough tape. Made her leave the line and told her to go buy tape and fix it, then return. She came out to the car, where I was waiting for her with my younger boys and a horrible case of the flu, and she was practically in tears! I was so mad I went in myself, bought tape and made sure when the lady in front of me told me she saw what happened to my daughter, that the woman (peggy) knew that I was pissed!! No reason for that kind of treatment to anyone. Just because she is a federal employee and thinks that her job is secure, doesn't give her the right to be a mean person. I am in the process of writing up a formal complaint against her. Also, she is not the first person to have an attitude problem there. I have dealt with them before and most of the window people are rude. The lady in front of me told me that she will drive to Bainbridge, just because they are so much nicer. Post Master there is pretty bad from what I have heard as well. No good complaining to him, does no good. Too bad, Poulsbo is a nice town. They need to revamp that post office and fire all the people that obviously don't care about customer service.

Worst Post Office ever. Karin and Mary Ann were rude and obnoxious. They first denied my tracking number was even a USPS number. Then they were too bothered to help, kept sniggering on the phone in the background, making comments under their breath. Of course, there was no supervisor on duty...and then when pressed, Karin claimed she was the supervisor. If she is the supervisor..all I can say again is Worst Post Office Ever. Use UPS whenever you can. You get great customer service, your package always arrives, you can count on them. Instead, I am waiting for a 2 day package that is lost in Bothell, with no idea of when it will arrive. This after I waited all day at home as it required a signature.

Don't bother with calling to toll free number, the only way to get out of the menu to file a complaint is to not answer the computer questions as this will forward you to customer service and even at that it took almost 40 minutes on hold to talk to a rep.
