2355 Reservation Road. I have been waiting for a package for two days. It was out for delivery according to tracking, on 2/23. Then it was out for delivery on 2/24. It was not delivered on 2/24 and the info the carrier posted was that there was a access problem. Here we go again - 16 foot wide entrance with the house 50 feet from Reservation Road. Regular delivery people drive in and make a U Turn to drive out. Flat area. I know you people are over loaded - I do but I HATE IT when the carrier has to LIE about access. Further my family honestly was out in front ( returning from dinner ) when the carrie drove by around 7:30 with out even slowing down.

Apparently our regular carrier’s last day was yesterday. Today a truck delivered a package but no letter mail. Why is that, and when will we get our letter mail?

If you have never been an employee..than you don't understand the USPS. It took only 12 months for them to fry my brain...in a class of 30 I was the only one still working after 30 days....Anacortes Wa. Great job, but most cant learn 12 routs in 12 months let alone 1 route in 12 months. To get up at 4am and get home at 9pm with number after number ringing in your head is massive. Then to do that 7 days a week as a noobie has to it totally kills the new worker. Then to make matters worse, USPS does a deal with Amazon for packages. That killed USPS and its workers. You can't load your truck at 7, go out all day and when you get back have another truck to do. If you get a day off which is unheard of, when you come back nobody did your route cause they didn't have any personnel to run it. If one person calls in sick, the whole office is screwed...totally. Then, as if there's more...ads are coming in more and more...you know, those stupid paper ads that people throw away every Wednesday. In Anacortes it was those stupid ad books for the rich folk...those magazines come in every day at 15 plus...you have to break each one down and slot them..and you can't leave any for the next day cause then you'll have double. Trust me when I say this...be thankful we get mail at all...when Amazon is getting bigger everyday and more and more packages are coming in, we're going to see a bigger drop in employees. I was in top physical shape and 45, an athlete....I lasted 12 months in Ana and 4 months in Oak Harbor...now disabled with brain issues. People there try so hard just to get out the door but its endless...and for all those still there working I love ya bros/sisters...its one job I loved but it didn't love me.

For the past year we have watched our postal service get further behind on deliveries month by month. Any postal employees we come in contact with seem to be more frazzled and run down than ever before. Our neighborhood has always received our mail mid day ,now we get it well after dark, up to 9pm or later. Sometimes we end up getting it a day late . It seems to us that the management of the local post office is not up to the task of getting the job done in a timely manner. There are late mail arrivals that are getting taken after the residents have gone to bed. This is a problem for many in our Fairway Lane neighborhood as they are elderly and rely on the USPS for a reliable service. Please step up your game. You have great employees who do a great job if you treat them right and manage your business better . Please adjust and get our mail delivered in a timely manner just like it has been done for many years. Thank you in advance, Scott

I put the red flag up on my mailbox and placed a large envelope inside with all necessary postage. So the mail carrier delivers my mail and places it under the outgoing package without taking my out going mail. Awful service. This happens frequently. How lazy can a mail carrier be?

Our usps package delivery person is very unreliable. Twice this week I’ve got this msg for my Amazon prime delivery “Held for pickup at carrier location”. One for a ball cap which could not be found in the usps office so I had to report it lost to Amazon. Then today I watched the usps car deliver the mail and didn’t try to deliver my package of cat litter. Bet this will become lost as well!

Thank you for forwarding my mail from 4695 Park Acres Drive , #30 to my CA address in recent months. I will soon be back in WA (April 16), so HOLD THE MAIL and I will pick it up then at the PO, or it can be delivered at my Oak Harbor address. Please verify this!

Our mail delivery person is so unreliable. We have became recent victims of mail theft at Harbor Vista Circle, but we can’t rely on or delivery to counteract the theft.

Every time I come to this post office it is a bad, upsetting experience. It is as if customers are causing extreme inconvenience for this post office. Being pleasant is not what they do here but perhaps that is acceptable now.

Tracking Number say's item was delivered to a person at my Post Office Box. No person is at my PO Box... Item not delivered to me. Tried Automated thing which you get when you call the 1-800 number, which is designed to fail, got hung up on twice, never got an agent, got repeated instruction over and over. The appointed Chief is trying to destroy The USPS. What a mess. Now I will have to go in person to resolve issue. How angry am I? EXTREAMLY. I JUST WAISTED AN HOUR.

I have total respect for the workers at USPS, however the Presidentially appointed person is trying to ruin the USPS (and he is very successful at it). Please for the sake of our Nation put a qualified/competent Leader in charge. Preferably someone who has come up through the ranks and understands the USPS.

Today once again I had an issue with your post office and the delivery of a package. In the past I have written you and complained about packages that were being marked as delivered when they were not. With the security camera that are installed I can tell when a package is delivered. This seems to have not been a problem since. This new order is a special boot from my broken foot. I do understand that with COVID-19 and the weather things can get behind. However tracking this package it hit the Oak Harbor Post office at 9:32 AM on 2/14 and then list that it also arrived at 12:29 AM 2/15. So some where this tracking was not correct. The package never went out for delivery in the system. But at 4:13 PM 2/15 it was listed as Delivery attempted - Front door / Driveway was not accessible. I understand that the snow has been an issue but this status is a total lie. The driveway was cleared and salted on 2/14 and completed by the afternoon. The road was plowed and clear prior to that. There was a mail delivery truck in the area during the day. When I cleared the driveway I also clear the edge of the road by the mail boxes to make it easier for our normal carrier to drive next to the boxes without having snow or ice on the side of the road. This was all completed with a broken foot covered in a plastic bag. After that effort I would think the Post Office would be confident enough to make a delivery. Especially something as important as a walking cast boot. There is only a few things that could have happened. - The carrier today is to incompetent to read addresses and make a delivery. Mailbox at the top of the driveway is clearly marked. House sign with big numbers on the other side of the driveway. - The carrier missed the house and did not have the integrity to return and make the delivery. - The package never left the post office and was missed on the truck to deliver. The post Office and/or the carrier lied about not being able to deliver it. Update. Packages were delivered 2/16, a day late and to the house across the road. I am thankful I live around good neighbors and the package were brought to me. It is easy, even number on one side of the road odd numbers on the other. It sure would be great if we had a Post Mater that listen to there customers and made corrections. Instead we have someone that never answers emails or the phone. I am simply requesting to us other services when ever possible.

Over the last several months I've sent multiple emails to the post master complaining of missing or misdelivered mail. Have not received one reply. I've called the Oak Harbor PO phone on many occasions and no one answers.

I haven’t been receiving my mail because the mailman thinks I’m blocking my mail box intentionally by putting out my trash bins in my driveway for when it’s trash day. The garage truck pushes the bins and I can see they are close to the mailboxes. But what’s unfair is that the mailman walks to my doorstep and leaves a note of me having to pick up my mail at the post office, but won’t leave my mail. If it was that big a deal why walk all the way to my doorstep but not leave my mail. That’s just some petty stuff.

I've tried for 3 hours to reach the local office by phone and they don't answer. All I need to tell them is that they placed my packages in a lock box which the key they gave me won't open. That doesn't need to go through anyone but the local carrier. It is stupid that I should have to drive to town to talk with the local carrier.
