I would like to file a formal complaint against the Postmaster at the Milton Post Office, WA. I have attempted to contact her and receive a reply regarding the service at the Milton Location. I can go to the post office and find a long line and one clerk only at the counter. The Clerk(s) are obviously over worked at this location. The postmaster is noncommunicative when I have tried to meet her in office. Phone calls and messages have gone unanswered to the Postmaster at Milton, WA. Why even have a Postal Office Manager if they are not present or unresponsive. Please reply to my request for increased coverage in the Milton Post Office. Why is this person acting in the role of Postmaster still at this location. I cannot say "working at the Milton USPS", since she is obviously not working.

We are consistently having packages marked as in deliverable, or failed delivery while we have been standing in the yard while our mail person is at the box. We have had countless packages returned to sender, for no reason other then I assume laziness. The post master for Milton needs to step down. She is incompetent and doesn’t care that her actions are causing problems across her area.

Our mail stinks. Last week we got no weekly grocery ads. This week (Like Yesterday) we got ads for Labor Day weekend instead of the correct weeks ads. So the day we received the Labor Day Ads they expired. This happens all the time. What is the problem?

No mail delivery, 3 out of 4 routes not being delivered . Almost 3 months no delivery . All they would say about routes is that 1 person is repairing all the mail boxes . We must wait till there repaired . If you don't think that's ok , they said write a complaint. This is my complaint to usps . It won't change anything. Complaints don't affect them.

Please improve ability to contact the Milton Post Office by phone. The phone just rings and rings and then converts to a fast busy signal. SO frustrating for USPS customers.

Younger guy who works in the Milton post office - so rude to customers. Just sit back and watch him be condescending to every single person in line. It’s unbelievable. He really hates his life or his job... or both!

Thank you to our normal post office lady who saved the day and brought us our undelivered packages from yesterday. She is awesome, always in early, is quick and efficient and very friendly. To all the subs: When delivering to an apartment or living complex, please leave the mail that does not have a unit number on it at the front desk. The mail could be for employees! Thank you!

Laziest mail deliver person ever!!. Shoved medium size box into the tiny mail boxes .. EVERYTIME. Almost broke my finger twice trying to get the box out. I have never had a delivery the same size as the mail box shoved in like this. Laziness defined.

I had mailed a small package on February 8th. It was said to arrive on 2/13. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and gave it another week. Still hadn't arrived at my daughter resident mailbox. I used the tracking #9500 1265 6116 0039 2317 98, and it said it had been delivered on 2/12. Unfortunately, it had not. So, it must have been delivered to a wrong mailbox. My daughter told me it happens all the time around there, with wrong mail getting delivered in the boxes. What can I do now with my missing package?

On multiple occasions, our packages are not delivered due to "Attempted delivery" and this is not the case. We have someone at the house almost all the time. This is an inconvenience for us as we have had to stop by the post office each time and wait in a line to pick the item up. Very unacceptable as you are being paid for this delivery that is not being performed.

Same with me I've had several packages returned. Our mail never gets received either. I've had mail dropped off from 3 yrs ago but the post office says its not there fault.,
