I came in with about 40 calendars to ship out and the clerk was so incredibly helpful and friendly despite having a huge line behind me. I am thankful I came to her line. She truly made the post office a fun place to be while I was there, which isn't an easy task! Thankful for her, only wish I caught her name that day.

I purchased a P.O. Box October of 2022 for occasional business use. Just discovered in March that they've been returning my mail. Supervisor was not around to discuss the issue. I had proof of payment and yet not a usable P.O. Box.

This past year my mail service has been terrible I received mail and packages that was not addressed to me and when I returned them to the post office in Millcreek the supervisor basically told me there was nothing they could do, additionally the carrier has claimed to have delivered my blood pressure medication to me for which I did NOT receive so I had to reorder and pay an additional charge. I also received someone's tax return, I believe this was the 4 item i had to return to the post office, I just spent a half an hour trying to see a supervisor there and he or she never came out to the "BUZZER" the clerks use to contact him even after multiple times of having someone press this button. They seem to not care at all about helping their customers, a Good argument for privatizing the Postal so called Service

I recently visited the Mill Creek Post Office. Two employees were very busy (too busy for the number of customers) but were always pleasant. A third employee emerged raising her voice at one of the pleasant ones, immediately making everyone in the post office very uncomfortable. She carelessly handled packages, and then, uncomfortably assisted me. It was the most awkward post office encounter I have ever had. This person should NOT be anywhere near customers….or it appears, other employees or even packages. THE WORST employee I have witnessed in years. I feel very sorry for the hardworking, pleasant employees who must bear this awful burden.

Mail packages are being claimed to be delivered in mail boxes, by USPS carrier(s). Only to find out packages are not in the mail boxes or nowhere to be found at 4015 133rd ST SE Mill Creek. Why and where is our packages that carriers are claiming the put in mail boxes. Are they placed in wrong mail boxes or what?

There was no mail delivery yesterday, and today I just drove the mail route and I don't see a mail truck and many flags up on mail boxes, so I know he/she hasn't been here today. I figure our regular mail man, Mike, is on vacation, since he is so reliable. His replacements can skip us or deliver past 7 PM, very erratic.

Well, I didn't want to review but I'm already screwed so here it goes. I had a PKG with meds. Suppose to sign for it. I check and it showed it was delivered and I signed for it? No I didn't. So, I go outside and I see the carrier talking to a resident. The carrier said they signed for me because of covid she wouldn't come to my door. I said your talking to another resident at her door and she not wearing a mask? Like really?! Now, I have a package the was in mill creek to be delivered and it's gone back to Seattle? I'm I being retaliated against? I hope not. I have heart failure too what's going to happen next shipment?. Really in concerned

We had two certified letter sent to our address. The letters were never delivered to us. Instead a neighbor had to deliver it to us since the certified mail was left in their mailbox. There also bill I have to pay left in my neighbors' mailbox. I always thought certified mail was suppose be delivered to the correct address. Since there is not a postmark on the outside of the envelope, I do not have any idea when the mail was processed and I am now out $159.00 due to the post office's inability to put a simple postmark on the outside of the envelope. The people who handled the mail, from the post office worker to the mailperson should be fired for their inability to do their job properly.

This is honestly the worst post office I have ever encountered. I have had so many issues with this office I’m actually considering a post office box in another city so that I can completely avoid dealing with them. I have been told they won’t deliver packages to my address and that they don't have to because packages are not mail. I have had missed deliveries that were listed as undelivered due to no access to the mailbox but we live in an apartment so our mail is in the front with nothing that could block the way and on that particular day I went up to get the mail and there was nothing blocking the boxes. However in this case it was a package so I’m assuming that was the issue since we have repeatedly been told by various carriers that they do not have time to bring things to our door and my mail won’t be delivered. Currently I am missing four packages. They have been listed as delivered but we have a locking mailbox and they were not in the mailbox four minutes after delivery. I have called repeatedly and been told the carrier will come by and look in the mailboxes but I have not heard anything back, it has been several weeks. Today we had a priority delivery but the seller left off our apartment number. Now our package is at the post office while they try to verify our address. Our name is on the inside of the mailbox but apparently the carrier did not look there, they just took our package back to the post office undelivered. If you move to this area do anything you can to avoid the Mill Creek Post office having access to your mail.

I was truly shocked at the general filth and disrepair at the Mill Creek Post Office and even more so by the unbelievably rude person working the counter. After watching her literally throw a package into the bin from about 10 feet away for the previous person and her extraordinarily condescending and rude communication I grabbed the box I had intended to ship and left...UPS Store took MUCH better care of me. I will never go back to the Mill Creek Post Office, that is a guarantee. Big whoop right? It was very clear they couldn't give crap one if I came or went. If this was a private business, it would have been forced to close a long time ago. Absolutely horrible experience.

the responsibility lies with the federal government completely eliminating the postal service as a government funded service making them be forced to operate as a private company. the biggest problem with that, in my opinion, is that the post office has to pay everything including its daily operations costs out of their “profits,” despite having requirements that just aren’t there for private businesses. every american is deserved their mail regardless of how remote their property might be a - something UPS/fedex and other shipping companies have a choice for whether hard to access, or very very remote addresses to be included in their routes and most of the time they do make that choice. making the USPS the only delivery service for a percentage of americans. 1 hour out of the way to arrive to an address means another hour on the way back, the labor for the driver, and the maintenance for the car (hopefully the cars are maintained by a government funded repair facility that only works on their delivery trucks but i wouldn’t be surprised it that wasn’t the case). it gets worse tho, the USPS also isn’t allowed to establish their own prices for their services meaning even if a specific office isn’t profitable, they can’t make any in house adjustments to their prices in order to turn their profits around to stop losing money. it’s just another symptom of private citizens (aka billionaire like jeff bezos and bill gates - the most well known examples) having significantly more power than the federal government as a result of the tactical and precise law making that has been in an effort for the rich to not only stay rich but to get richer on the backs of everyone else. these workers shouldn’t ever be rude or condescending or treat the customers with anything but compassion and respect - however, there’s not enough money to give them the customer service training or the oversight of a manger enough time or money to uphold a better standard of service. if everyone stopped voting for less cut taxes, voted to killed the filibuster, and most importantly to give the post office the funding and support of the federal government while also making it illegal for other shopping companies to operate in the USA eliminating competition snd giving billions of dollars to the USPS to completely redesign the infrastructure that would allow for packages and letters to have the ease and efficiency thats truly. possible in a world with a thriving delivery system backed by the feds. instead of being a coward, if you want better service demand it respectfully. if i’m spoken to with condescension or apathy whenever i’m a customer seeking to give the business my hard earned money i simply won’t accept anything but the respect i deserve. however to deserve respect, respect must also be provided so the only way to go about communicating feelings of disgust from someone’s lack of respect is to do it from a place of compassion and knowing that as long as you tried, it is okay to walk away but walking away without saying anything isn’t sending a message lol. how they supposed to know your walked away because you thought their behavior was appalling… for all they know, you walked away because you just read a text that demanded your emergent attention…. i mean, stand up for yourself. you’re only hurting your city when you choose not to supoort your local post office. hurts your neighbors, hurts the workers, hurts the businesses who ship with the post office, but most of all it hurts the addresses where the USPS is the only delivery service that’ll serve them.

In November, 98012 delivery stuffed my super big box full of 2 packages apx 2x20x10 containing nightshirts (1 ea) + Prime Package into my larger than normal box. Normal mail could not be delivered. When i called MC to complain, he hung up mid complaint. I bought the biggest box sold so my mail could contain at least a month's worth w/out shopping flyers. Not for packages delivered to the door for all w/a normal size box. I am changing my box back to small or topping it w/the small box for envelopes no larger than legal.

We, also, had a MAIL HOLD problem this week June 25 2018. Our held mail was to be delivered June 25. It just got delivered today, the afternoon of --- June 28. Yesterday's mail was delivered at 6 pm! I had a card out to be picked up yesterday - but by 4 30pm I went out and retrieved it. What kind of mail "service is this here in 98012? I have to wonder IF we will get mail delivery each day - or at dinner time ? Why can we not contact someone at the MC PO by email with these issues- who is RESPONSIBLE there? No one ?

We were going on vacation recently so I went online to put our mail on hold and received a confirmation with instructions to have all the mail being held to be delivered. 3 days into the 2 weeks holding period and I get a notice that someone is at my house. A USPS courier is delivering a package to the house and its recorded. I’m at a place 16 hours’ time difference and I’m txting my friend to ask her to go pick it up off my front porch so it wouldn’t get stolen and my house doesn’t look like no one is there. We’ve been back two days and we’ve not received the 2 weeks’ worth of mail yet. I called the post office but the woman tells me because she can’t verify who I am over the phone, so I’d have to go there and pick them up. It takes me at least 20 minutes each way and standing in the line for another 20 minutes is an hour that I have to take off work because they messed up. The other post office is about 5 minutes from my house! Why isn’t there a online request to redeliver everything?

Since we have lived in Bothell, our mail delivery service has been abysmal. Regularly, as in today, we receive the mail for everyone other than ourselves, although our name is clearly posted inside the mail box. As a result of this poor service, a check that we were supposed to have received in March, we got on October 16th. We are not the only ones in this development with this problem. I have spoken to the carrier who, in spite of saying he would try harder, has not. This poor service must change and if we don't receive a response we are willing to escalate the matter until a reasonable measure of competence is achieved.

Numerous times I have had to walk over to my neighbors and give them their mail that was delivered to my house. And they have brought me mine. But, today was the worst. A package was lying on the ground in front of our mailbox station. It is clearly a neighbor's prescription medication. Seriously!? This lack of attention risks our personal information, and with medications - possibly someone's health.

I've just heard of the master mailbox key theft today. This apparently happened on Tuesday, yet I have not heard anything from my post office. I want to know why they haven't bothered to notify the customers directly, by mail (ha), or at least a note on the mailbox. As of this time, they are not planning on any corrective action. When I called, they said there wasn't anyone I could call or email, that I would have to come down with my picture ID to speak to "someone".

This is the worst post office that I have ever had to use. EVERYTIME we have our mail held, because we are about of town, they fail to deliver the held mail anywhere close to the day we documented our start up date. Our mail is regularly delivers to other mail boxes. We have made multiple trips to this post office to explain all of these difficulties and NOTHING changes. We will move from this area in a month and that's day can't come quick enough. However, we am will still be stuck with this post office for months after with what I fully expect to be a failure to forward mail to our next address. What an amazing mess!!!!

I am suggesting that the post office brainstorm a way to change their mail hold delivery process. For EACH and EVERY one of my last 3 holds, I had to take the initiative to call the Mill Creek WA location to track down my mail when it was never delivered on the day it was scheduled to be delivered. Every time there was a unique excuse, like different driver.... from a customer perspective, no one cares if the driver changes. That's an internal issue ripe for a process change. Please change the process so that regardless of driver, who ever is driving the route simply checks a list of mail hold deliveries for the day. Hoping it's that simple. If it can't be done right, please don't falsely advertise the service! That's what we do in the corporate environment. If something is broke, we fix it for the customer! Thanks! -Kevin

I was supposed to receive 2 packages today. One with 2 day shipping had no apt number, thanks to the sender, and said it was "undeliverable" at 11:30 according to tracking. I left early from work and went to this PO to pick up the package at 3, and it hadnt returned yet. I made it known that each tenants name is in the mail boxes (like most complexes) and being a complex of 16 units i didnt think that was a difficult task. Also to be noted that i've received packages from UPS and FedEx under the same circumstance.
The employee decided to make excuses for their delivery drivers, no apology or any real answer to the issue. She asked me to write down my name and number and her supervisor would call me. This never happened, 2 1/2 hours later and nothing, granted they close at 5.
Now i have to get there on a Saturday, at the butt crack of dawn, and sit in line again, because according to a large portion of reviews this PO doesnt answer the phone. I doubt the package will be delivered, and with the 2 day shipping not being honored, i also doubt i'll be reimbursed, at least not without argument and more stress.

This is the second time my mailman has delivered my package to the WRONG address! I complained and asked him to find it and he came to my door and told me my mail must have been stolen (from my locking mailbox). A week later, I found my package on top of the group of mailboxes as if it was at another house. It was family photos that were soaking wet and totally ruined. My mailman is unreliable and often times puts my bills in other peoples mailboxes because then THEY bring it to my house. What is so hard about putting mail in the right box! Fix this problem!

I don't know what's going on at this post office (low morale?) because I am constantly receiving mail (including packages) that are not addressed to me and I am not receiving my mail at times. Do the mail carriers actually look at the addresses on the envelopes/packages or are they just randomly placing mail in mailboxes and packages on doorsteps? I used to deliver the misdirected mail/packages myself but I stopped doing this. Now, I just place the mail in the outgoing mailbox or force USPS pick up the large package that wasn't addressed to me. If I have to drive around delivering mail for the USPS then I should be compensated for it by the USPS!It is even too difficult, apparently, for them to deliver packages to your house. Occasionally, they will state that your package was "undeliverable" and attempt to return it to the sender (even if the sender is overseas), meaning, "We were too tired to walk up your driveway to leave your package outside your door." I guess they think we like having to wait 20 minutes (they will not call you back) to speak to a USPS rep to stop the package from being returned, and standing in a slow-moving line at their post office to pick up a package that should have been delivered. My neighbors and I have called and complained about the poor service but we always get the same response, "We will talk to the mail carrier." The result: No change. They should FIRE the mail carrier (Newman from Seinfeld). I told the USPS that they are making it very easy for criminals to steal our identities, raid our bank accounts, steal our newly issued credit cards, etc. I missed bills and had to cancel checks due to their incompetence! I wish someone would create a high quality mail delivery service to compete with the USPS. I would drop the USPS in a heartbeat, even if it meant paying more for BETTER service.

Lund below....this is the third time that the mail carrier has put a note in my mail box stating that my package was "undeliverable" all the while I was sitting in my home. Apparently the postal carrier was simply too lazy to walk up my short drive way and do their job and deliver my mail!! Now I have to go in person to the Mill Creek PO and wait for their extremely slow counter workers to get my mail that should have been delivered in the first place. I have contacted the Post Master and complained but nothing has changed..the incompetence continues! When will something be done about the

The laziness of the mail carrier at this Post office is beyond the pale. He returned my mail to the City of Mill Creek, stating it was "undeliverable." My mistake was in the street name which had changed from Mill Creek Boulevard to Main Street. Location stayed the same, but he was "unable to forward." Not the first time I've had trouble with postal employees who are so deliberately obstinate. Is it any wonder we avoid the US Mail as much as possible? Thank God for e-mail and other media transfer sources.

Why can't the delivery person try to hide packages on the front porch? People steal packages when they are in plain site and the USPS are the only delivery service that never attempts to put a package anywhere but the center visible to the street. They just don't try. It's a good reason not to use USPS for delivery's.
