This is by far the absolute worst post office I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The mail carriers don’t seem to actually want to do their jobs and; I don’t know, deliver the mail. They say they attempt to deliver my packages and never actually do. I work 3rd shift and stayed up all day to be available to receive my package and they just leave a notice that they “attempted”. Nope. I was here and awake. (I won’t go to sleep if I know I’m getting a delivery. And now I have to make it through my shift on less than 3 hours of sleep) And then stay up to pick up my package at the post office tomorrow. Honestly I’d rather my incoming package stay at the post office so I can come pick it up when I’M available. This is not an isolated incident. Multiple times. Also as I’ve seen mentioned on here before, the delivery times are completely random. This “attempt” was after 5:40 (While I sat here waiting) It’s infuriating and completely disrespectful. Will sharing my story help? Make them improve their service? Or help others? No; but it helps me to feel a little better complaining here. Good luck everyone. Don’t expect much.

I have had same problem as everyone else. My mail has been put in other people's mailbox including a $2,000 check, irs check, drivers license when I was only a few day from going on a cruise and had to get another one. Plus I was getting other people's mail. Called to complain and they acted like I was lying so I waited until I had a whole stack of other people's mail which didn't take long then took it to post office and said there you go am I lying now. Nothing changed. I finally wrote a nasty letter to my mail carrier and taped it on mail boxes for all to see. My mail carrier wrote me back apologizing and I haven't had any issues since. Thank God. I was about to lose my sh%$.

Seriously horrible service. Our packages have been sitting in our parcel locker for over a week now because they didn’t provide the key!! Try talking to “customer service” it’s a complete joke. GIVE US THE KEYS FOR THE STUFF WE PAID FOR!!!!

Post office lobby was closed even though website states that the lobby is 24 hours. Why is this? I have to wait now outside for 40 minutes and risk being late for work. Would appreciate updated hours on the website and an explanation as to why the hours have changed. Regards J.R. Jones

We went to a PO box years ago due to the fact that mail is not safe because of the inconsistancy of when the mail arrives at your resident. At that time the PO box was long under $100, i received my renewal notice yesterday and it is $204.00 for a PO box that we basically get junk mail and our prescriptions in, horrible, we are retired and live on less income then we did, i find it so ridiculous for the horrible increase in dues. My question i would like an answer to is, is there any better system to your home delivery system then there was so that we can put our box back at our home rather then pay your ridiculous price for the PO box

I suggest a steel-locking mailbox. I got one when there was rampant mail theft in our area and didn;t have a problem after that. It won't solve carrier-delivery inconsistencies, but its 99% cheaper than monthly PO fees!

I am extremely disappointed in the service we recieve. First and foremost the mail is never consistent, comes any time between 12pm-as late as 5 or 6 sometimes. My mail has been put in the wrong box so many times the post office requested a change of address. Even tho it is off no fault off mine, my adress is written correctly, just never put in my mailbox. I've had packages stolenbecause they were put in a box with somebody else's packages and not even close to my mailbox (mines F my packages hacer been put in A, B, and C before and the key was put I somebody else's mail box. They retrieved their packageand left mine I the box. Not to mention the mail man is and has been aggressively rude, unnecessarily on many occasions, with massive witnesses but only with females never to a man.

Not happy with mail service lately. My mail has ended up in someone else’s mailbox 1or 2x a week. Someone else is also able to get my packages out of the lock boxes because the wrong key fits in the wrong lock box.

I am tired of tracking my mail down. Drivers license , vehicle title, electrical bill,water bill. Change of address in and yet this dumb carrier continues to not deliver my mail. Good grief, we definitely need a better system.

I was expecting a package from China (from an Amazon order), but it was returned to sender when the post office in Marysville said it was an incorrect address. I could see that the address was correct. I've received mail at this address for more than 20 years. What should I have done?

I keep getting the last residents mail and I’ve reported it to the post office multiple times and they put our names on the mail box so the mail man wouldn’t put it in but he still does. How do I get them to stop giving me he old residents mail??

I lost my pob key. How much and how long to order a new one. Can I order at my local post office. It the state street Marysville wa location. Until I receive my new key I can not pick up my mail sitting in my box and the customer counter is not allowed to personally retrieve it. There is mail waiting for me that I desperately need.

There have been several occasions my packages says it's been delivered to my address and it was not . your employees need to stop speeding and take more time to make sure things are delivered to the right house!!!!
