Never, ever do they answer the phone! How unprofessional is that?

Older mail man walked to our back gate where all other mail is normally put, our dog barked like he does at all strangers. The mail man then opens our gate and hits our dog in the face, then does it 3 more times intentionally trying to hurt our dog. When we ask him wtf is he doing, he turns around and runs off with out giving us our mail. Will be filing a grievance form as well as speaking to the Station Manager to have him taken off of our route. Disgusting display of animal abuse when half of your job is approaching strangers houses which most of whom have dogs

I tried calling the 800 number and it is totally useless for this, I called to see if maybe the actual post office had a answering machine and they do not so maybe this will get someone's attention. I have had my flag up on my mailbox since 4am on Tuesday October 3 and my mail has yet to be picked up and I would really like it to be by my mail carrier. Thank you

Today, Thursday I went to this post office. It was clean, bright and there was no one waiting in line. The office had a fully stocked supply of every form, package, card and music at the right level. Jaime waited on me as I purchased the mail box for 6 months and some stamps. She was friendly, helpful and efficient. The office itself is in a lovely historic part of Kelso.

Understaffed and Dirty!! Supervisor does not care about customer service. This did not improve after complaints! Workers park postal rigs during open hours right in front so customers have to walk a block or more. Complaints to Portland supervisor only stopped this for a month.

Horrible service! I get my neighbor's mail quite often, had my vehicle tabs sent back to DOL because the "address did not exist" (weird, it matched my drivers license address), have had to pick up my own mail because of "weather conditions" when the roads are dry, and the latest "weather conditions" delay is because of mild southwest Washington rain? It must be a miracle that all my neighbors and I make it home every night from work! USPS needs to hire more competent people...they could start by looking at UPS!

I have tried repeatedly calling and no one answers phone. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Two days in a row my package was thrown up onto my back porch to be eaten by my dog. Not to mention we have a front door that your too lazy to walk up to. Also we have lock boxes. Please leave mail in there if you can't make it to the door. This is very rude and careless. You shouldn't have a job if you this lazy!!

The postal service needs to take more care with packages left on porches. They carelessly slammed down a package on our porch twice without even knocking. This is very rude behavior that needs to be improved on delivery.

I really want to know what it takes for a post office clerk to get fired?!! Apparently, there're more than enough complains about this particular clerk, and yet you still only see her working at the counter. Kelso Post Office, whoever is in charge, come on, can we have somebody else already?! Anyone else in that office is better than her!

I only have a 1/2 hour lunch and just spent most of it in line @ this post office. Not only was there only 1 window open, but the clerk wasn't even there-obviously in the back somewhere??? helping the gentleman @ the counter??? Who knows?!! There was a line forming behind him, so I got in that line (with the only open window). Someone came in & asked if this was the line...before I could respond, some guy standing on the other side of the room said "actually this is the line"...so, all of us in this line are in the wrong spot??? I don't think so!! I left. It is SO frustrating! Every single time I go into this post office, there is only 1 window open and the clerks take their dear, sweet time....ARGH! All I wanted was 2 stamps! Why don't they have a stamp machine?? For crying out loud! I won't be returning...it's ridiculous.
PS, I know who Constance is, and she can be very rude to people.

I just spent 35 minutes at this post office only to get to the counter to get sent to the back of the line like I was a child because my package was not ready. My package wasn't ready because I had questions and needed tape. Not only did Constance send me to the back of the line with the tape to close the box she told me to put the things I had brought up with me back to where they belonged. Excuse me?! When I made it through the line the second time I did not have the address written on the box because I was user the impression they printed a sticker for the flat rate boxes. She again told me to step aside. I gladly took my box and left. Not only was she the only worker with a line of up to 10 people at times, she is the most rude, disrespectful person I have ever encountered for the postal services. I will happily spend the extra money and go the extra distance to ship through a different post office or UPS.

I sent a client a priority tyvex from Georgia and they charged my client $1.35 to receive their package non flate rate. This is the ONLY post office in the country so goddamned jewish that that would be an issue. I will refrain from sending any mail usps to this town again. What a petty bunch of hicks you have up in that little hole. (..and I am in Georgia so I am rather qualified to make that assessment)

At least your package wasn't returned as mine was, and mine only needed 80 cents more.

Constance is one of the worst post office employees I have ever had to deal with. I would avoid using this post office completely if it wasnt for the fact I live in Kelso so I am forced to pick up packages there. Typical government pensioner attitude. She intentially will stop three feet from the counter and pretend to be occupied just to make you wait. That is after she pretends it's difficult to locate your package.
