Please to kinder to this post office. I think the staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful! Try doing their job... What would we do without our postal service? Think about that, next time you want to complain! Thank you postal workers, I truly appreciate all that you do! Kudos!!!!!
The worst customer service period. Tried to schedule passport renewal and can't schedule appointment. No one returns calls. Have gone in and they tell me I need to make an appointment....vicious circle of bad government!
This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. I work at a nearby apartment community that has been here since 2002. Mail and packages are frequently lost and mis-delivered for both residents and employees. I had a package sent to the office labeled "Leasing Office" and it was sent back due to an "incorrect address". I filed a complaint and requested re-delivery and today my package again did not arrive. I spoke with the driver and asked why she sent it back for an incorrect address. She said it had no apartment number and that she didn't see that it said Leasing Office. OPEN YOUR EYES. I swear this post office hires the most unintelligent and careless employees I've ever dealt with. The level of ineptitude is almost unreal. Try calling their office directly? No one answers the phone.
I agree the entire staff needs to be fired......UPS or FEDX should be every ones mail carrier dump these idiots

I agree they a pretty much inept. They are the worst. They drop packages off anywhere they want. Sometimes we'll make the delivery for them.

Hello. I live in Talus. This is the third consecutive day that I have received mail not addressed to my house. Some days there are multiple pieces for more than one person not at my address in my mailbox. Sometimes I get mail for my neighbor across the street. Other days I receive mail for one of the other people in Talus with a 570 street number-- there are at least 3 of us with that street number in Talus. Furthermore, I frequently do not receive magazines I have subscribed to; I have missed receipt of credit card bills and who knows what else. I have called the Issaquah Post Office to request better service in the past, only to be told that either there's a substitute on my route or that my carrier is new. But the issue is often basic sorting. What can you do and when to fix this problem? I have had 11 addresses in my lifetime with never a problem like this before-- what's going on here in a Talus? I'd like to know both what you plan to do and whom I should contact if the problem continues. I tried to call you multiple times today, but nobody answers the phone. Unbelievably frustrating!
I've been living in Issaquah for almost 2 months now. Eventhough I filled the requested form with the names of me and my husband, I continue to get the previous residents' mail, I have reported this twice and it's still going on. Also, the mailman has delivered wrong packages 3 times!, I just can't trust this service!... where can I report this to somebody that cares about it?
I have never had a problem with the service at this location. Sometimes when it is busy, it would be nice if they could put a third person on the front counter. And to the anonymous person who would rather the Post Office close and would rather do everything through UPS and FedEx. I would suggest she compares prices. UPS and FedEx are too expensive for most mail.
Thirty mins ago at cold rainy dark evening a mailman knocked at our door and delivered package to us. He was driving a silver personal sedan instead of delivery van. He looks really tired but determined to make all the deliveries before Christmas. I feel sorry that I answered my door late, and didn't offer him something hot to drink. I'm really impressed by USPS's dedication to delivery every gift to before the Christmas eve. Wish you guys a nice Holiday!
