Im seriously upset that the carrier supervisor is the person that determines WHAT mail arrives at my house. I stopped off at the post office to find put why a friends mail hadnt been delivered to my house. My friend was staying with me for about a week and had a new cell phone mailed to my home address and his name on the package. The mail carrier determined that my friend didnt live at my house so the package didnt get delivered. I would like to know how long the post office has been spying on the residents of my house ? Is that some new mandate by Homeland security ? What fascinates me most is that i still get mail addressed to OCCUPANT and RESIDENT but i know for a fact no one by those names live in my house
