I agree . I have been home several times expecting deliveries and they never deliver on time or I get a note saying they tried when in fact ive been there waiting for them to come to my door. tHIS HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES . Now I have been waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 10th . iT IS Tuesday the 14th and they came and went. Nothing. Just ridiculous specially when you pay extra for 2 day shipping.

This office is terrible and lazy. I am home all day, and because we live in a neighborhood of apartments, they don't want to bring things to the door. I have watched them drive off with my packages. They look at our mailbox and get back in the car. Our Christmas gifts have been held hostage and sent back. This has happened more times than I can count and it's not getting any better. I've called in about it and they lie about not having an apartment number on the package. It's beyond frustrating.

This is a government business why are so many negative comments going unattended. I have had the same problem with the Paine Field post office for several years and no one has made an attempt to correct it. The post person refuses to drive up to the house to deliver a package that won't fit in the box. So they take the box back to the post office. Now a package that I have paid priority delivery on has been delayed by two more days. No one answers the phone so the arrangements can be made in picking up the package. It's not as though we can set home all day just in case there is a delivery. Package does NOT say DO NOT LEAVE AT DOOR. Is the manager of this post office incompetent? or are the employees not educated. I sure know they will have a nice retirement as government workers. Someone please strengthen up that office. Oh and your email process does not offer values / questions / issues. You have selected drop downs that do not reflect true issues.
I am sure no one will respond to me frustration.

The people here are a bunch of incompetent idiots.
We are moving our business and submitted our change of address 10 days ago, per the instructions on the form, with a very specific start date at the new location.
Five days before the requested date, they decided to stop mail at our current location. However they won't forward our mail until the new start date. So they said they are just going to do a "Return to Sender" for 5 days worth of mail: bids, orders, correspondence, checks, and even payroll etc.
When my staff just went to the post office to speak to management, their excuse was that they don't read the dates on the forms and are too busy to help. We then called a national support line and they said to go to your local post office!. I tried calling 6 times and they must just take the phone of the hook, because you only get a busy signal.
No wonder email, UPS Fedex and others are putting the post office out of business.
How do you tell employees their paychecks were returned to the payroll company because of Post Office incompetence? I would have been out of business 19 years ago if I ran my business like this.
After this post they may never deliver my mail.

I think this is the best post office around. Often times there is a very short line. The staff are nice and work fast. Every other post office has long lines and the staff move very slow. So I always go to this post office. Give it a try. Only exception is in the afternoon they can get a little busy.

they've lost so many packages. USPS delivery guy is a liar. says that the package was placed in the mailbox. then when I saw him he said that he was looking for the package. after three days, I saw him again. this time he claims that it was delivered on my front door. LIAR! USE FEDEX AND UPS instead. google and read their reviews before using USPS. It seems that these company are hiring staff that are incompetent!!
