While the post master is a grim figurehead the postal workers are all friendly and helpful. There are often long lines to mail packages so I know they work hard...with often only one person out front.

I had ordered a PS5 from Amazon and on the day of the delivery I had found that the package was delivered to the wrong address. I wouldn't be fussed if it was something small but a PS5 is some $500 and to deliver it to the wrong house is just unacceptable. It's not the first time our mail has been delivered wrong and has continued to be a problem.

This morning my neighbor found a package to me left by the PO on TOP of my mailbox, too big to fit inside, not too big to carry up my driveway to my door where all oversize packages are left. Is this something new? If so, I hope not. My street is the busiest in the neighborhood. Thank you.

NEVER have a package overnighted and expect to get it at the gaurenteed time OR even get them to come to your door to deliver a package from THIS post office! Lived all over the states.. and this is the WORST PO service Ive ever experienced.. I suggest getting a PO box in Oak Harbor if you can...

This was my first visit to this post office. I was very disappointed in how rudely I was treated. When I smiled and said "I'm here to pick up some packages", the man's immediate response was "What makes you think they're here?" As opposed to being in San Francisco I suppose? Just very rude and short with me. Told me there was nothing there for me. I said that I had received notice on Thursday that they were in fact being held. Amazingly, he went back and found them. When I got home I realized I did not have everything that was being held, so he did not hand me everything he should have. How can you be rude when you live in Paradise! I don't understand.

Experience with postmaster found him to be rude and unhelpful.

Might think of changing phone #'s to one that works, or pay the bill. 2 different sites for coupeville po and neither one is valid. Need to follow through with your jobs or get someone that can.

I have used USPS for 14 years to recieve packages, and during that time have always had the delivery truck come up to my house if they could not fit the package in the mail box to deliver it instead.
During those 14 years, I have never had a problem. Until 2014, that is.
During this time I have watched your employees break your own rules and drive to the mailbox and leave a notice when I was CLEARLY home to recieve the package instead of doing their job and delivering it. I then have to spend money in gas to drive to the post office, or wait by the side of the highway for the bus to take me to the post office, because YOUR EMPLOYEES refuse to do their JOB.
If you really want people to use your honestly crappy service I suggest you enforce the idea that not doing what is required of you will get you fired to your employees.
Because honestly, if I wanted to have to spend money in gas, which is $3 a gallon I might add, when I have already spent the money to have it DELIVERED TO ME, then I will just spend a little extra on the shipping and use UPS or FedEx so I can be assured that that which I have bought and paid for to have delivered to my house will in fact be delivered straight to my house. No wonder you're struggling.

How dare you refuse to sell me TEN STAMPS ! ! ! I went into the Coupeville branch of the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE to buy TEN STAMPS and the person behind the counter refused to sell them to me stating that I HAD to buy an ENTIRE BOOK OF STAMPS! ! ! This is not right. I send very little mail doing most of my bill paying online, but this time I made a special trip to the Couopeville branch of the USPO and they refused to sell me TEN STAMPS ! ! ! I could hardly believe it! !What gives?Linda A.Lines

Very unsatisfied with this post office.
Never had problems with others, but have had several with this one.
