Dear Crossroads Post Office, I waited in line for almost 45 minutes. 3 post office workers were working when I walked in the door. Then one stopped helping customers to sort through and count what looked like to be stamps. Wouldn't it be more prudent to assist customers who are waiting instead of closing off a station? Additionally, your staff there is quite rude--in person and over the phone. The pre-paid labeled package I dropped off with a tracking number cannot be found in the USPS system. I called the Crossroads location to confirm everything was OK and whoever answered my call was quite rude and told me to keep checking every day and that the tracking number was not in the system yet. I asked if there was a timeline, but she cut me off and just said to keep checking every day. It has been a few days. The package contains an expensive iPhone. I had a similar package I dropped off at the Bellevue USPS and the tracking number was available to check online the next day, so you can imagine I was concerned when it was not the case with this package. I will not be taking my business back to this location.


This usps sucks, I field twice for address change and It did not happen. When I call them they tell me to do the application again and again!!!!
