So I hear this place refuses to do anything for anyone in the LGBTQ+ community. A woman (who's wife is serving our country) was turned away here. I grew up in Skagit County. This is NOT the principles and morals I was raised on there. Washington is a proud, tolerant state. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER USPS or you will find yourself in the middle of a social media and news flurry that will mess your lives up. Don't make us go there. Examine your behavior. Reflect and make changes. If you don't, we will make sure you are forced to.

WORST POST OFFICE EVER. We call them the "Mail Mafia" now. Rude. Unhelpful. Will not deliver mail to houses in a gated community, even though 5 minutes of the mailman's time would save multiple one hour round trips to retrieve packages. Not to mention the people that don't even drive and CAN"T get their packages because they are too lazy to deliver to our house.

HORRIBLE. They are refusing to accept absentee ballots for veterans and veteran's families. This country is a joke.

The worst service ever. After 30 years at this address they suddenly decided to stop delivering packages to our home. So any package too large or if our two multi-home boxes are filled they just keep it and expect me to go get it despite being completely out of my way.

So frustrated to be on hold 2 times for an hour and hung up on? Why isn't there a direct number instead of talking to a automated computer? I don't want to go in right now as I am so mad to be waiting a hour twice and all to be hung up on like my time isn't valuable? BS

In regards to tracking number # 9505 5159 0821 1054 4393 18 Sent to: Sherri Sherri Suite # 40957800 2229 nw 79th avd Miami fl 331122 I used a cash app to sell a phone and was trusted the same way PayPal would be. However. The product shows delivered to the person but her money did not deposit into my account. When I did reverse search on her phone numbers and emails nothing has been listed. So. I called her and suddenly she doesn't speak English and does not understand any questions im asking. I believe this is a scammer thus. I would like to track, cease and reverse the delivery back to me. When she text me back she stated a crime has not yet been comitted an thats exactly what the police said so I believe she does this often. Please contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue and I could properly report her. The amount she was supposed to send $315 for the phone. She received the phone and I have no phone or the money. Please help Delanie Crawford 7910 200th st ne #13 Arlington WA 98223 425-518-2813

This is why you demand payment BEFORE you send the goods. Also, be sure to include a specific day that payment is due. If you both agree to terms that say she is expected to pay by a certain day, then it is a crime if she doesn't pay by that date. Then you can sue her for theft, as well as court fees. The only thing you'd need is documentation and to find her. Even a screenshot saying that she agrees to pay by a certain date will suffice. And if you include the fact that she provided false information at the time of sale, it'll show evidence that she never intended to pay you, thereby making your case pretty much airtight.

The employees at Arlington Post Office have terrible customer service. Every time I go in there it feels like everyone is irritated to be doing their job. If you don't like helping customers, maybe you are in the wrong line of work.

Our mail usually shows up between 10:30 and 11:30. Around 4pm a co-worker sat on the phone for over 20 minutes to find out why my scheduled delivery was not picked up....no one came back on the line, so she hung up. Does your phone ring back to you when you have someone on hold for a long period of time?

Reaching an actual person at the Arlington Washington post office is a joke. It's frustrating because the main number amounts to a fax tone but sending a fax to that number means it won't go through. TWICE this week the post office (falsely) claimed that my packages couldn't be delivered for reasons that were not valid. I tried re-submitting delivery options via the USPS tracking site. It still maintains my package is undeliverable and was sent back (without any further delivery attempt) to the overseas sender. This is ridiculous. The post office has made it impossible to reach anyone there via phone or fax. Not everyone has transportation to go to the post office in person.

I have been on hold for 33 minutes as of now, waiting for someone to come on the line at the 800 number? This is a bit ridiculous

We left town and have our mail forwarded starting today. My husband got a slip that we had to pick up a package from you on Friday. You are closed Saturday so now I'm trying to call you and can not get through on the number given what are we suppose to do? We left a note for our mail person but we can not come pick up that package now and we are gone for about 6 weeks
