Expecting a delivery in the midst of a move out of state. Submitted a change of address request; post dated a couple weeks out of our move out date. Package was diverted prematurely. The folks at the Aberdeen office caught the error and held my delivery and, had I not driven there to ask if they could help me, they would have delivered it to me the next day. Kudos to them for being observant and professional.

The Aberdeen WA branch delivery Driver woman was eye witnessed & filmed giving other tenants of a building structure goverent mail which did not belong to them after the tenants used an app for USPS which provides to the open public a way to see all the mail delivered to a building even private mail by merely typing in the physical address this option they call "Visual Mail" & it is somehow legal?? Last time I checked it is a federal crime to read, know deeper details to and or even see what other people have in their mail box aside from yourself, The Post office General will be sent a full report about these actions, What has America come to?

I just watched our postal carrier pull up, rearrange his packages, and drive off without ever looking around. My wife and I were standing in the door of our business that we went in to just for the mail delivery, and he DROVE OFF!!! WTF!!! Sucks you have a monopoly.

I've always had great service at this post office. The workers are always kind and attentive. There are few places that I recommend wholeheartedly, but this is one. The best PO I've went to.

I recently had a package sent to me for my birthday from my mother the said package was mailed on the 3rd of September today is the 21st I have been told two different stories now and it seems neither are true I first was told it just got held up at one of its stops and it would be on it's way shortly three days later I was told it got damaged and it would be sent to Atlanta Georgia to try and find the owner do to loss of label and there would be no way to track it but this morning out of boredom I checked the tracking on this package and it says it's in Fairbanks Ak now I ask if the is no lable to track how do you know my package is in Alaska please let me know. The post office in Aberdeen Washington needs a makeover of employees it seems none of them take there jobs as postal carriers to the heights deserving of this position and our country shame on you . Signed pissed and speaking up

your Aberdeen post office worker never came to my door they just put it in the mail box I'm just getting over a serious illness and just released from the hospital and not suppose to be outside. I've called in 4 times for re-delivery and while they take all the information I never get redelivery. Your holding my medication hostage

this is concerning the Aberdeen Wa post office at 360 537-7205 on right off of or on Wishkaw St. in downtownish Aberdeen. I've moved from Aberdeen recently and had all my mail forwarded to another state. They have repeatedly lost mail. poof gone. never to be seen again. When i call and ask about said items they get angry with me and tell me their is no way to find it. Everything mailed to my old address is to be forwarded to new address in another state. They tell me quote " Well, maybe it got delivered to your old address, I couldn't tell you. We have new and sub mailmen who could have delivered it". So where is my mail? How could we know is what they say. If it got delivered maybe it's at your old address 2000 miles away from where i live now. So I guess I'll just click my heels and wish my mail here. I'd probably have better luck. If someone reads this who actually cares and has the job over there to make some changes, please do.
