For the second week, we have received no first class mail delivery on Friday and Saturday. We did, however, receive a package delivery. First, why does this happen? Second, if there will be no delivery, could the PO let residents know and have option to pick it up. Once was perhaps understandable. But 4 days in a couple of weeks??

The employees at the South Royalton, VT are pitiful to put it nicely. As a tax paying resident in the State of Vermont and in the town of South Royalton, an active member in the community, a medical professional who serves folks with a debilitating and fatal medical condition being cancer. Nonetheless, a resident with personal disabilities and restrictions who depends on the mail service during a global pandemic, actively paying for shipping fees, it is expected at the bear minimum for ALL packages to be delivered to my place of residency that are PAID for to be delivered. The callousness, abrasive, inconsiderate, selfish, incompetent, negligent, and unprofessionalism is inexcusable.

After watching the conduct and behavior of the staff at this office including the Post Master after a recent audit. My personal observations of course I give 3 &1/2 ⭐ stars. My findings are that even though there may have been negative experience in the past from this particular post office already I see change taking place here. I observed no attitudes no refusal of service whatsoever. It's not perfect of course but I do see perfection in the near distance future at this post office. Congratulations to the staff at this office..
