There has been no mail delivery for a week at Quarry Hill in South Burlington. People have medications, bills, and other important items they are waiting on. Why hasn't the postal carrier come since LAST Friday.

I tracked a shipment and it shows 8 updates from 11/23 through 11/29 all in South Burlington. I don't know how else to interpret this other than that the package is getting the grand tour of South Burlington and not getting dropped off at my UPS Store location. This really looks like such a joke. Acting out? USPS website doesn't submit email with information, nobody answers calls at the PO. Wow. I can't believe that this is how it is here. C'mon people! Evolve!

What is going on with the mail? Are we on a once per week delivery schedule? If the USPS is so short handed that mail deliveries cannot be made, then residents should be advised of that instance. We may be paying for subscriptions that never get delivered! Let alone bills that may be late due to non-delivery!

I have not received any mail for one week. There is no information available about why and no one is answering their phone.

I went to the post office yesterday 1/5/22 and there was one man working behind the counter. A doctor was ahead of me in line and she said her mail was being returned to sender and not delivered. This man was so aggressive to her verbally. I had AirPods in and called my sister bc this guy freaks me out bc his speech is pressured and he acts like everyone is such a bother. Then it was my turn! He told me to step aside and finish my conversation and then he’ll wait on me. I wasn’t even talking. I said I was on hold. He didn’t know what to do so he’s like fine. I handed in my box that was pre-labeled he took one and then shoved the other one back to me and said this is UPS we don’t take UPS. I swear to god this guy is postal and he works for the post office!!! There’s something really wrong with him and he’s very angry at women!

Not sure if this is where I send this information. I had two packages sent on Saturday to my business at 14 Berard Drive South Burlington, VT 05403. I was notified that both packages were sent back because the business was not opened. One of the items was delivered at 3:38. The business stayed open until 5:00. The other package was attempt delivery on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Again our business is opened until 5:00. At anytime did I receive a notice that a package was attempted to be delivered. What now?

I was in the White Street location today. Before I entered the lobby I looked to see if I needed a mask. No sign. Entering into the other area on the door it only said "no more then 3 people at a time". When I walked in the worker asked if I had a mask. I said yes, do I need to wear it, he said yes. He was very rude. So I went out to my car and came back to do my business. When he asked if I need stamps I said yes forgot the check in my car, will be back. When I came back that person had a customer without and mask and behind me 2 other people entered without a mask. I did my business with the person on the right, she was very friendly. So, why was I asked to wear a mask? I am fully vaccinated.

A postal driver has been driving the wrong way down a one way street at a high rate of speed. 329 Lime Kiln Road. There are old people on the road, some walking their dogs 🐕. They are not expecting to see a postal car heading at them at high speed. Apparently this person cannot read the road signs, DO NOT ENTER! If the postal person cannot read, he/she should be fired! If there should be an accident, look out USPS. Thank you and reprimand this driver.

In the middle of a rising pandemic in VT, our postal carrier IS NOT wearing a mask, and walking into my place of business to deliver packages onto my desk ! He walked out before I could say anything the first time last week, and then did it again yesterday- while a client was in my waiting room. When I told him to never enter my business again without a mask- he stated "I forgot" Really?? at this point no one "forgets" to wear a mask, it is by choice. Unacceptable and unprofessional

Very friendly people. I have a friendly reminder to please drive safely in our neighborhood of Stonehedge Drive. Little kids play outside and many people walk their dogs and cycle. It would be tragic if someone was hurt by a driver. The drivers in the big trucks on the weekends drive particularly fast. Please be safe and let's look out for one another.

I would like to know how to file a complaint against the South Burlington Post office. We are a business located at 365 Dorset St in South Burlington. The name of the business is Vermont Business Magazine. We did not receive any mail on Friday and again on Saturday. We just received our mail around 11:00 this morning and it included all three days worth of mail. This is unacceptable and when I try to call the So Burlington Post Office and rings several times and then just a busy signal. I need to know who I can talk to about this so it does not happen again. This is an unacceptable way to run a busienss.
