Worst experience! Not a first time that my delivery is messed up! Also, very often wrong mail is being delivered in my mail box! For god's sake people, this is not metropolis! Very disappointed!

I ordered some things from amazon when I was in Manchester for a workshop. I made a mistake in the address so I never received the package. After I got back home I called the post office and spoke to Lisa. She took the tracking number, found my package, and said she could mail it to my home address postage due. I said that was great. Thank you Lisa.
