Terrible, my packages arrived the 10th. Still not available to pick up, even though it says it is. I have checked every day. It is now the 13th, and I am on hold again for a half hour. Also have received other people's mail. Even though I have politely let the post office person know that this person is not part of our family or post office box we pay for.
