Postal Locations

This post office has had problems delivering mail on time to the correct persons.Most recently my mail was held in boxes when I was away 3 weeks.It was not until 3 weeks after my return that I was told they had 6 weeks of my mail.on another occasion a postal worker at the E.Dorset office did not deliver mail sent to a physical address because he did not know the name of the recipient and their name was not on the mailbox. I blame policy that requires employees to rotate from one post to another location routinely. Once a postal worker learns names ,the procedures in a small town etc. she/he is transferred.Also I think that it is ridiculous that mail with a Dorset address is sent to White River Junction before being shipped back to Dorset and delivered . If the USPO wants to compete with digital services they need to continue to provide the on time personal service they are know for.
