They received my Amazon package on the 18th of February which was delivered there by mistake and they just kept it! They have made no attempt to send it to the correct post office in New Hampshire and they never answer their phone when calling. Myself and my local Postmaster have tried calling them. Terrible business practice.

Absolutely the worst Post office and delivery I have ever seen. You can only blame Covid for so long. Mail comes 2x per week if we are lucky. Forget about calling, they dont answer, I finally drove there to pick up my mail after no delivery for 5 days, the guy was nice and verified that they do not answer the phone, and that my mail had been sitting there for a week. Something needs to be done about this Posatl Service, If you dont have workers for all of the routes,....you need to pay people more and recruit. As of now,its by far the worst I have seen.

Have not received. mail at my business or my rentals for 3 days. Absolutely nothing! This has happened multiple times recently. Also they lost a mortgage payment almost costing a late fee. Very disappointed. Meanwhile Fed Ex and UPS show up every day.

Mail forwarding from Colchester sucks. After 1 month of forwarding to Florida, I have received 5 pieces of mail, where the heck is it going? I suspect Colchester is trashing my mail, bills and important documents included. I have phoned several times, let it ring until it finally disconnects, no one answers! Maybe it’s time to close it down and privatize the mail service so we get what we pay for!

I had a similar experience, lost mail and no one answers the phone at the Post Office on Malletts Bay Ave. So I decided to put a note in my mail box where the delivery person will have to see it. We'll see how that works.

Terrible customer service, even for a govt service. They said my package was delivered, yet it never was. Filed a claim, and tried calling several times, no answer. Never got a response to my claim, until I got an email asking to “rate the service we provided on your claim.” So I went to the post office physically, to which they said “must’ve been stolen, order another.” I’d asked them to check the other buildings in my complex to see if it was Mis-delivered. They said “that never happens and we already checked.” When I replied that it does happen, all of the time, since I’ve dealt with it, they looked caught off guard and said they’d check. Packages typically aren’t stolen in my building (Amazon boxes left in lobby for weeks, unbothered.) Even after visiting today, still no one has reached out regarding the issue. I’ve never dealt with such a lazy, incompetent post office. Unacceptable.

A delivery I was expecting yesterday did not arrive. When I tracked the package, I found this information: "Tuesday, November 9 5:55 PM Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible. Colchester, VT US." 1. I was home at the time of delivery. 2. The driveway was clear; a large vehicle could have easily driven to our door. 3. Nothing impeded anyone's walking to our front door and ringing the doorbell.

Postal carrier doesn’t deliver my mail. My daughter went into a coma because he didn’t deliver her medications for three days after receiving it. I’ve had letter several days a week not delivered. Tried to call office 22 times they don’t answer. This office is very shitty for customer service. I reported stolen mail to post master by my mail carrier. I’m am pissed.

The larger parcel box locks on 1st Street are very hard to use. The key sticks and jams as well. Yesterday when I tried to get my package out of Box 7, the key actually broke in the lock! This never should have happened. WHY are the locks not being regularly maintained with the lock periodically oiled!? I did not ask for a group mailbox, but since that's what we have, I expect them to be regularly inspected, well maintained, and FULLY functional at all times.

Delivery of 2 small boxes were left on the pavement near the entry to my wheelchair ramp. Usually these boxes would have been left by my front door. To get these boxes, I had to place my dog in a closed room and go outside with my power chair to pick them up. Quite a challenge to open the storm door, throw the boxes inside, and wheel myself in!

It has happened many times, mail delivered at the wrong address, but a few days ago we had it happen again, mail for Pine Meadow in our box and our mail was on the ground!

Drivers don't even knock. Instantly put the ticket in the mail box so you have to go pick it up. Not the 1st time this has happened. No dog outside, was not in the shower or sleeping. No attempt was made to deliver actual package.

Had the same experience. Super inconvenient when you have to drag a newborn out because 60 seconds couldn’t be wasted to ring a bell.

The phone has been busy for the last 52 mins. I just want to know if I'm wasting my time driving out there to pick up a missed delivery.
